The journal, which does not charge any fee (No application fee / No APC fee / No page or color fee / No other publishing fees), publishes four issues a year (March, June, September, and December) of full-text research and practice articles in English in digital format.
Our Journal's "Special 100th Anniversary Issue", for the year 2026, will be published at the end of November. Article submissions are now open.
Authors retain the copyright of their manuscripts without any restrictions.

The journal utilizes the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS systems via DergiPark to ensure long-term digital preservation and permanent access to all published articles. Authors are also permitted to archive the published versions of their articles in institutional repositories (Green Open Access).
Self-Archiving & Repository Policy: This Journal permits authors to self-archive the final Published Version (Publisher's PDF) of their articles.
Preprint and Accepted Versions: To avoid confusion and ensure version control, authors are not permitted to deposit preprints or accepted manuscripts in repositories.
