PUBLICATION ETHICS

National and international ethical rules must be followed. Within the scope of the publication policy, there is a requirement to comply with research and publication ethics.

ARTICLE SUBMISSION
Journal of Engineering and Basic Sciences has an online submission and online review system. There is an option to follow the article review process. All articles must be submitted online through the system. Submitted articles must be appropriate to the scope of the Journal of Engineering and Basic Sciences. It covers original studies in the fields of basic science, engineering and technology. The language of the article must be English and the articles will be published in this way. They should be sent in accordance with the article template, which will be included in the required files section.

FIRST LAYOUT
This journal is based on a double-blind review procedure. Therefore, the author is expected to avoid self-identifying citations and references in the text. A separate title page containing the title, all author names, affiliations, author contact information (e-mail, phone number and fax number). Any acknowledgment or funding information should also be included on this page. Other headings should start on a new page. Main headings should be capitalized. Other headings under the main heading should be in lower case except for the first letter of the heading. The author to whom the correspondence will be addressed should be indicated with an asterisk. The acceptable similarity rate for the article should be less than or equal to 20%.

SUMMARY

The abstract is expected to contain a brief factual description of the article content. It should be a maximum of 250 words. Abbreviations should not be used. After the author's address, 1 line space should be left for the abstract. Keywords should be written after one line space after the abstract.

KEYWORDS
No more than 5 words should reflect the main features of the study.
Text
They should be numbered within the article. 1. Introduction, 2. Experimental or Theoretical (Materials and Methods), 3. Results and Discussion, 4. References. The text should be numbered in the style of 2.1, 2.2, ........, etc.

INTRODUCTION
There should be a short introduction that includes the current status of the topic covered in the article and the innovations in the current article.
Experimental or Theoretical (Materials and Methods)
After the introduction, the relevant section should be explained. Detailed technical explanations should be included in this section of the article. If ethics committee approval is required for the study, the date-number of the ethics committee should be given.

RESULTS and DISCUSSION
Repetition of hypotheses should be avoided. Conclusions and discussions should be included.

If the study was supported by any institution or person, this should be indicated in the acknowledgments section. Acknowledgments should be written at the end of the text and should be short.
Conflict of Interest
The authors declare no conflict of interest.

REFERENCES
Vencouver reference style should be used.
For electronic encyclopedias and books: Internet address should be given.
Unpublished articles should only be cited as "accepted for publication" if they have been accepted for publication.

Otherwise, unpublished manuscripts should be indicated as "submitted for publication", "in preparation" as appropriate.

FIGURES and TABLES
Figures should be given in JPG format on the same page. All figures, graphs and tables should be numbered consecutively. Table footnotes should be written in lower case. The resolution of the relevant figures should be adequate. Graphics should typically be 6-8 cm in size.
Symbols and Abbreviations
In general, the SI unit system should be used. Mathematical expressions and formulas should be written in word format with an equation editor in 9 point font size. Index font should be 8 pt. Equations given in the text should be numbered in parentheses (). Abbreviations should be defined the first time they are used.

MAKALE GÖNDERİMİ
Journal of Engineering and Basic Sciences dergisi, çevrimiçi gönderim ve çevrimiçi değerlendirme sisitemine sahiptir. Makale inceleme süreçlerini takip etme seçeneği sunulmaktadır. Tüm makaleler, sistemden online olarak gönderilmelidir. Gönderimi yapılan makaleler, Journal of Engineering and Basic Sciences dergisinin kapsamına uygun olmalıdır. Temel bilim, mühendislik ve teknoloji alanlarındaki özgün çalışmaları kapsar. Makale dili ingilizce olma gerekliliği bulunmakta olup, makalelerin yayını bu şekilde yapılacaktır. Gerekli dosyalar kısmında yer alacak, makale şablonuna uygun olarak gönderilmelidir.

İLK DÜZEN
Bu dergide, çift-kör inceleme prosedürü esas alınmaktadır. Bu sebeple, yazarın metin içerisinde kendini tanımlayıcı alıntılardan ve referanslardan kaçınması beklenir. Başlık, tüm yazar adları, bağlantıları, yazar iletişim bilgileri (e-posta, telefon numarası ve faks numarası) içeren ayrı bir başlık sayfası. Herhangi bir onay veya finansman bilgisi de bu sayfada yer almalıdır. Diğer başlıklar yeni bir sayfadan başlamalıdır. Ana başlıklar büyük harfle yazılmalıdır. Ana başlık altındaki diğer başlıklar ise başlığın ilk harfi hariç, küçük harfle yazılmalıdır. Yazışmaların yapılacağı yazar yıldız simgesi ile belirtilmelidir. Makale için kabul edilenbilir benzerlik oranı %20 ye eşit veya küçük olmalıdır.

ÖZET

Özet kısmının, makale içeriğinin kısa olgusal açıklamasını içermesi beklenir. Maksimum 250 kelime olmalıdır. Kısaltmalar kullanılmamalıdır. Yazarın adresinden sonra özet kısmı için 1 satır boşluk bırakılmalıdır. Özetten bir satır boşluk bırakıldıktan sonra anahtar sözcükler yazılmalıdır.

ANAHTAR KELİMELER
5 kelimeden fazla olmamak koşulu ile çalışmanın ana özelliklerini yansıtmalıdır.
Metin
Makale içerisinde numaralandırılmalıdır. 1. Giriş, 2. Deneysel veya Teorik (Materyal ve Metod), 3. Bulgular ve Tartışma, 4. Kaynaklar. Metin 2.1, 2.2,……..vb. stili ile numaralandırılmalıdır.

GİRİŞ
Makalede ele alınan konusunun güncel durumunu ve mevcut makaledeki yenilikleri içeren kısa bir giriş olmalıdır.
Deneysel veya Teorik (Materyal ve Metod)
Giriş kısmından sonra ilgili bölüm açıklanmalıdır. Ayrıntılı teknik açıklamalara, makalenin bu bölümünde yer verilmelidir. Çalışma için etik kurul izin gerekiyorsa, etik kurul tarih-numarası verilmelidir.

BULGULAR ve TARTIŞMA
Hipotezlerin tekrarlarından kaçınılmalı. Sonuç ve tartışmalara yer verilmelidir.
Teşekkürler
Çalışma herhangi bir kurum veya kişi tarafından desteklendiyse bu durum, teşekkür kısmında belirtilmelidir. Teşekkür metnin sonunda ve kısa olarak yazılmalıdır.
Çıkar Çatışması
Yazarlar herhangi bir çıkar çatışması beyan etmemiştir.

KAYNAKLAR
Vencouver referans stili kullanılmalı.
Elektronik Ansiklopedi ve kitaplar için: İnternet adresi verilmelidir.
Henüz yayınlanmamış makaleler, ancak yayına kabul edilmişlerse “kabul edildi” veya “basımda” olarak verilmelidir. Aksi takdirde, yayınlanmamış makaleler uygun şekilde “yayınlanmak üzere gönderilmiş”, “hazırlanıyor” olarak belirtilmelidir.

ŞEKİLLER ve TABLOLAR
Şekiller, JPG formatında aynı sayfada verilmelidir. Tüm şekil, grafik ve tablolar ardışık olarak rakamlarla belirtilmelidir. Tablo dipnotları küçük harfle yazılmaldır. İlgili şekillerin çözünürlüğü yeterli düzeyde olmalıdır. Grafikler tipik olarak 6-8 cm boyutunda olmalıdır.
Semboller ve Kısaltmalar
Genel olarak, SI birim sistemi kullanılmalıdır. Matematiksel ifadeler ve formüller word formatında denklem editörü ile 9 punto büyüklüğünde yazılmalıdır. Dizin yazı tipi 8 punto olmalıdır. Metin içinde verilen denklemler parantez () içinde numaralandırılmalıdır. Kısaltmaların ilk kullanılmasında, tanımlanması gerekmektedir.

ETHICAL PRINCIPLES AND PUBLICATION POLICY

ETHICS
The Journal of Engineering and Basic Sciences recognizes that internationally recognized ethical rules and publication policies should be applied by all parties (editor, referee, author). In order for an article to be published in the journal, it must be deemed suitable for publication by at least two referees. Articles that pass the blind review process and have no missing documents are deemed suitable for publication and sharing in the journal. Articles that do not comply with the journal's publication ethics policy during or after publication are removed from publication. The referees and/or editorial board of the journal have the right to request the documents of the study outputs from the authors in the studies they deem necessary. If the documents are not submitted, the article will be rejected. In case of ethical issues, the journal e-mail address should be informed.

The manuscript should be checked on the basis of the journal guidelines.
Academic quality and originality should be examined.
Information about the work should not be shared with 3rd parties.
The evaluation should be made within the defined period, and if necessary, additional time should be requested.
In case of copyright and plagiarism, the editor should be informed.

ETHICS FOR AUTHORS
Author names must be submitted in full.
The subject of the study must be appropriate to the scope of the journal.
Plagiarized and unethical studies should not be submitted.
There should be no copyright infringement.
There should be no conflict of interest
The scope, methodology and results of the study should be clearly stated.
The similarity rate should not exceed 20%.

JOURNAL PUBLICATION POLICY
The content of the journal can be accessed online without any charge. It does not charge processing charges (APC) and article submission charges (ASC). The maximum article finalization period is 4 months. The article under review can be withdrawn through the DergiPark system, provided that all authors submit a withdrawal request letter with their wet signatures. However, the article cannot be sent to another journal before this process is completed. The article whose evaluation has been completed cannot be withdrawn. All rights of the published articles belong to Journal of Engineering and Basic Sciences. The scientific responsibilities of the article belong to the authors.

ETİK
Journal of Engineering and Basic Sciences dergisi, uluslararası düzeyde kabul görmüş etik kuralların ve yayın politikalarının, tüm taraflarca (editör, hakem, yazar) uygulanması gerektiğini kabul etmiştir. Bir makalenin dergide yayımlanabilmesi için, en az iki hakem tarafından yayımlanmaya uygun görülmesi gerekmektedir. Kör hakem sürecini geçebilen ve eksik belge bulunmayan makaleler dergide yayımlanmaya ve paylaşılmaya uygun görülmüştür. Yayım sürecinde veya yayımlandıktan sonra, derginin yayın etik politikasına uygun olmayan makaleler yayımdan çıkarılır. Dergi hakemlerinin ve/veya editör kurulunun, gerekli gördüğü çalışmalarda, yazarlardan çalışma çıktılarına ait belgeleri isteme hakkı mevcuttur. Belgeler sunulmaz ise makale reddedilecektir. Etik konuları ile ilgili durumlar söz konusu ise dergi e-mail adresine bilgi verilmesi gerekmektedir.

DERGİ YAYIN POLİTİKASI
Derginin içeriğine herhangi bir ücret ödemeden çevrimiçi olarak erişilebilir. İşleme ücretleri (APC) ve makale gönderme ücreti (ASC) talep etmez. Makale sonuçlandırma süresi maksimum 4 aydır. Değerlendirme sürecindeki makale DergiPark sistemi üzerinden, tüm yazarların ıslak imzasının bulunduğu geri çekme talep yazısını göndermeleri şartı ile geri çekilebilir. Ancak, bu süreç tamamlanmadan, ilgili makale başka bir dergiye gönderilemez. Değerlendirmesi tamamlanmış makale geri çekilemez. Yayımlanan makalelerin tüm hakları Journal of Engineering and Basic Sciences’a aittir. Makalenin bilimsel sorumlulukları yazarlarına aittir.
