Bio
He graduated from Gazi University, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Department of Architecture in 2001. In 2006, he received the title of Master Architect in the Department of Architecture of the Middle East Technical University. In 2022, he received the title of Doctor of Philosophy from Ankara University, Department of Landscape Architecture.
He founded Erdem Architects & Günay Erdem Architects in 2001, which provides project and consultancy services in the fields of Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Urban Design. He has been providing architectural consultancy services since 2014. Since 2012, he has been teaching at Atılım University, Department of Architecture as a part-time instructor. In 2013, he gave lectures as a part-time instructor at TOBB ETU Department of Architecture. Since 2014, he has been teaching at Başkent University, Department of Architecture as a part-time instructor.
Basic areas of study and interests; fundamentals of design, architectural design, architectural idea development and presentation, conceptual design, ethics in architecture and psychology of perception. He received various awards, including first prizes, from 25 national project competitions and 5 international project competitions, in which he participated as a team leader or team member in these fields.
