given marking schemes, and giving feedback to students to help them in their

contact with students who do not submit assignments and authorizing the late

Project Coordinator
I was Project Coordinator coordinating all administrative paperwork of the
Project about Gifted and Talented teenagers at 20 state schools in Istanbul.
We organized training programme to 500 parents, 500 teachers and 1000
students during the project. Also, we set up astronomy, robotics and literature
studios to these 20 schools to support Gifted and Talented students in the
schools, who are vulnerable. The responsibilities were; preparing the project
plan, buying the required materials, staff trainings planning and organization,
updating of the modules, training of the parents, teachers and students.
Coordination with the project partners and writing the final project report to
be submitted to Developmental Agency in Turkey.

During my time at Istanbul Gelisim University I was responsible for
organizing the classes’ lecture materials for the current and following year. I
was teaching Marketing Management, Strategic Management,
Entrepreneurship, International Marketing, Fashion Management,
Innovation, Business Management, Organisational Behaviour, Consumer
Behaviour and Project Management Modules. Also, I was teaching Academic
English to University students that is Internationally accredited. I taught all
levels from Elementary to Advanced. My duties were cooperating with the
principal of the School with all the management duties. Like recruitment of
staff, organizing daily and weekly meetings. My duty was to ensure that the
University courses in Turkey are compatible with European Universities. I
was leading the university’s international accreditation procedure; therefore,
I know every single detail about getting accredited by different international
accreditation bodies in different departments. A total of 60 programs of
Istanbul Gelisim University were accredited by German, English and US
international accreditation organizations such as AQAS, AHPGS,
PEARSON and ABET. My responsibilities were to identify new international
partners and lead the partnership start process and lead the partnership
communication process.
