The Journal of Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University Health Sciences Institute (EBYÜSBED) is a peer-reviewed, open-access, scientific electronic journal published by the Institute of Health Sciences of Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University. The journal aims to disseminate high-quality scientific research, review articles, case reports, short communications, and letters to the editor in the field of health sciences.

The primary objective of the journal is to promote the dissemination of scientific knowledge across all disciplines of health sciences, enhance national and international scientific visibility, foster academic collaboration, and contribute to the advancement of evidence-based healthcare.

EBYÜSBED welcomes manuscripts from a broad range of health-related disciplines, including medicine, pharmacy, nursing, midwifery, nutrition and dietetics, physiotherapy and rehabilitation, health management, child development, audiology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and other related fields of health sciences.

The journal is committed to publishing its issues regularly in accordance with its announced publication schedule. EBYÜSBED is published biannually, with two regular issues released each year in June and December. Special issues may be published when deemed appropriate by the Editorial Board.

Submissions that do not conform to the writing rules and journal format are returned to the authors for necessary corrections without being sent to the peer review process. The journal's publication languages ​​are Turkish and English, and submitted articles should be a maximum of 20 pages, including figures and tables.

The journal applies a double-blind peer-review process and is committed to ensuring fairness, scientific quality, editorial independence, and ethical integrity throughout the evaluation process. Editorial and publication processes are conducted in accordance with the principles and recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), and the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (APA, 7th Edition).

EBYÜSBED is a fully open-access journal. All published content is freely available online without subscription or access restrictions. The journal does not charge any submission, processing, publication, or article processing charges (APCs).

All published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) License. Authors retain the copyright of their work while granting the journal the right to publish the manuscript. Published content may be shared and adapted for non-commercial purposes, provided appropriate attribution is given.

All submitted manuscripts undergo plagiarism screening and are evaluated for compliance with research and publication ethics. Studies involving human participants or animals must have received approval from an appropriate ethics committee and comply with internationally accepted ethical standards.

The journal supports transparency, research integrity, editorial independence, responsible authorship, conflict of interest disclosure, and data sharing in accordance with internationally recognized publishing standards.
