The Journal of Smart Systems (JOSS), published by the Faculty of Engineering, Architecture and Design of Bartın University, is an international peer-reviewed e-journal that includes original scientific articles in related fields. JOSS was established in 2022 with the support of Dergipark and is published twice a year. There is no charge for article submission and publication.
JOSS aims to contribute to the field of "Smart Logistics and Integrated Region Applications", which is the specialization field of Bartın University, by publishing research articles and review articles prepared in academic standards. No copyright fee is paid to the authors of the published articles.
The language of the journal is Turkish and English. Manuscripts submitted to the journal must not have been previously published elsewhere or evaluated for publication.
The publication of full texts produced from graduate theses is subject to the condition that this situation is clearly stated.
Turkish Language Association Spelling Guide will be taken as a basis in the writing and punctuation of the article (except for field-specific spellings). The articles to be sent to the journal should be written in accordance with the writing rules of the journal.
JOSS has adopted the policy of providing open access.
