• Fee Policy: No fee is charged to any author, reader or institution under any name.
• Archive Policy: Published articles are archived in the DergiPark system.
• Evaluation Process: The article that is taken into consideration with the approval of the editorial board is examined by the relevant editors. The article that is not created in accordance with the journal's criteria in terms of format and/or content is directly rejected. The article that is taken into consideration is examined by the editors for spelling and language. After the necessary corrections are made by the author, it is sent to at least two referees through a blind refereeing system. In order for the article to be published, it must be accepted by at least two referees after the referee evaluations and any revisions. The process of the article that the referees decide to reject is finalized.
• Internal Publication: For researchers working in other organs of our journal, except for the publisher, editor-in-chief and co-editors, only one publication is processed in each issue (10%). Blind editorship and blind refereeing processes are applied for these publications. As with other publications, all processes, author and referee information are kept confidential.
• Review Time: 45-90 days
• Plagiarism Check: Articles must have a maximum similarity rate of 20%. Works with a similarity rate greater than 20% are rejected outright. Starting in 2024, similarity reports are obtained from intihal.net via the DergiPark link during article submission.
• Ethics Committee Permission Document: In studies requiring ethics committee permission, information regarding permission (name of committee, date and issue number) should be included in the method section, and also on one of the first/last pages of the article; in case reports, information indicating that the informed consent/consent form was signed should be included in the article. If the permission document is not uploaded with the article requiring permission, the article will be rejected directly.
• Article Template: Studies that are not organized according to the journal writing rules will not be evaluated and will be rejected directly.
