Biyografi

Aydın Kılıç works as an assistant professor at Rize RTE University, Faculty of Tourism, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. He completed his undergraduate degree (1992) from Karadeniz Technical University, his master's degree (1995) in Food Engineering from Konya Selçuk University, and his doctorate degree (2004) in Food Engineering from Hacettepe University. He previously worked as a Research Assistant at Niğde University for five years. He worked as a research assistant at Hacettepe University, Department of Food Engineering, between 1996 and 2004. He worked at Rize RTE University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Food Engineering between 2012-17 and has been working in the same position since 2017. Currently, He is an Asst. Prof. at the Gastronomy Department of the Faculty of Tourism at the same university. He has many works such as books, articles and scientific organizations. Dr. KILIC also served in many administrative positions such as department head, vice dean, University Senate member and some coordinators. Dr. also organizes many scientific events such as conference organizations. KILIC has also served as a jury member and journal referee. His research areas include topics such as food process, food quality, food safety, sustainability, seafood, drying technologies and mathematical modelling.
