Çok Boyutlu Bir Deneyim Olarak Acı: Beden ve Zihinden Toplumsal Yaklaşıma

Öz

Bu çalışma, acının yalnızca fizyolojik bir deneyim olarak ele alınmasının yetersiz olduğunu, onun aynı zamanda öznel ve sosyal bir olgu olarak da değerlendirilmesi gerektiğini savunmaktadır. Araştırmanın temel amacı, acının tanımlanmasına yönelik objektif, subjektif ve sosyal yaklaşımları karşılaştırmalı biçimde analiz ederek daha bütüncül, kapsayıcı ve adil bir anlayış geliştirmektir. Literatür taraması yöntemiyle yürütülen çalışmada felsefi metinler, tıbbi araştırmalar, sosyolojik incelemeler ve güncel tanımlar temel alınarak kavramsal bir analiz gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler betimsel analiz yoluyla değerlendirilmiş; Uluslararası Acı Araştırmaları Derneğinin (IASP) tanımı ve bu tanıma yöneltilen eleştiriler ayrıntılı biçimde incelenmiştir. Bulgular, mevcut objektif tanımların acının yalnızca biyolojik yönünü merkeze aldığını, bu nedenle de bireyin yaşadığı acının psikolojik, etik ve toplumsal boyutlarını dışladığını ortaya koymaktadır. Oysaki acı, yalnızca ölçülebilir fiziksel belirtilerle sınırlı değildir; aynı zamanda bireyin duygusal durumu, toplumsal konumu, kültürel geçmişi ve yaşadığı çevresel koşullar tarafından da şekillenir. Bu nedenle, yalnızca biyomedikal verilere dayalı tanımlar, özellikle çocuklar, yaşlılar, engelliler ya da marjinal topluluklar gibi kırılgan grupların acısını görünmez kılabilir. Çalışma, acının doğru ve etik bir biçimde değerlendirilmesi için öznel beyanların ve toplumsal bağlamların mutlaka hesaba katılması gerektiğini vurgulamakta; bireysel deneyim ile toplumsal yapılar arasındaki ilişkiyi kuran çok boyutlu ve disiplinlerarası yaklaşımların geliştirilmesini önermektedir.

Pain as a Multidimensional Experience: From Body and Mind to Society

Öz

This study argues that pain should be understood not only as a physiological or psychological phenomenon but as a multidimensional experience encompassing the social dimension. The aim of the research is to comparatively analyze objective, subjective, and social approaches to the definition of pain, contributing to a more inclusive conceptualization. The study was conducted through literature review, analyzing philosophical texts, medical studies, sociological insights, and contemporary definitions. Data were evaluated using descriptive analysis, with a particular focus on critiques of the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP) definition. The main finding reveals that current objective definitions center primarily on the biological aspects of pain, overlooking its psychological, ethical, and social dimensions. The research demonstrates that pain cannot be properly evaluated when subjective expressions and social contexts are ignored. In conclusion, the paper advocates for the development of comprehensive approache that recognize the multidimensional nature of pain and its entanglement with individual experience and societal structures.

Amaç ve Kapsam

1. Akademik araştırmaların yayımlandığı bilime katkı yapan ve bilimi geliştiren bir dergi olmak.

2. Türkoloji alanı başta olmak üzere, sosyal bilimler ve eğitim bilimleri alanında nitelikli başvuru kaynağı oluşturmak.

3. Akademisyenlerin beklentileri doğrultusunda başta Türkiye olmak üzere dünya akademik e-dergi yayıncılığına nitelikli bir seçenek sunmak.

4. Türkoloji, edebiyat, tarih, sosyal bilimler ve eğitim bilimleri alanlarını Türkiye’den dünyaya yayarak, bu bilim dallarını ulusal nitelikten uluslararası bir zemine taşımak.

5. Açık erişimli dergi sistemi (Open Access System) özelliği ile daha çok veri tabanı ve indeksler tarafından taranmak, bununla birlikte bilim adamları ve okurlara kolay ve sınırsız erişimi sağlamak.

6. Açık erişimli dergi sistemi, veri tabanları, indeksler ve DOI numarası ile makalelerin Türkiye ve dünyadaki yaygınlığını artırarak atıf alma oranlarını yükseltmek.

7. Yayınlanacak yazıları intihal programlarından geçirerek kabul etme ve yayınlama yoluyla bilim dünyasında özgün yayınların yapılmasına imkan ve ortam hazırlamak.

1 ULUSLARARASI SOSYAL BİLİMLER AKADEMİ DERGİSİ (USBAD) Dergisi, uluslararası hakemli bir dergidir. Mart, Haziran, Eylül ve Aralık olmak üzere yılda 4 sayı yayınlanır. Gerekli durumlarda özel ya da ek sayılar da yayınlanabilir. Dergi Açık Erişim Politikasını takip etmektedir.

2 ULUSLARARASI SOSYAL BİLİMLER AKADEMİ DERGİSİ (USBAD) dergisi, Türkoloji, edebiyat, tarih, sosyal bilimler ve eğitim bilimleri alanlarında yazı yayınlayan bir dergidir. Bu çerçevede özgün bilimsel makaleler, çeviriler, çeviri-yazılar, röportajlar, kitap, makale, sempozyum, panel vesair bilimsel etkinlik tanıtma çalışmaları ile nekroloji metinlerini de yayınlar. Ayrıca, sunulduğu yer, toplantı ve tarihin kaydedilmesi ile başka bir yerde yayınlanmamış olması şartıyla sempozyum bildirileri de yayınlanabilir. Ancak bu yayın etkinliğinden kaynaklanması muhtemel herhangi bir sorunun sorumluluğu yazara aittir.

3 ULUSLARARASI SOSYAL BİLİMLER AKADEMİ DERGİSİ (USBAD) Dergisi’ne gönderilen yazıların daha önce herhangi bir mecrada yayınlanmamış olması ve sisteme eklendiğinde bir başka yayın organının yayın değerlendirme sürecinde bulunmaması gerekir.

4. ULUSLARARASI SOSYAL BİLİMLER AKADEMİ DERGİSİ (USBAD) Dergisi’ne yayınlanması için yazı göndermek isteyenlerin, yazılarını https://dergipark.org.tr/usbad adresinde yer alan Makale Takip Sistemi’ne üye olarak buradan göndermeleri gerekir.

5. Herhangi bir yazının ULUSLARARASI SOSYAL BİLİMLER AKADEMİ DERGİSİ (USBAD) Dergisi’nin elektronik sistemine eklenmesi, yazının yayınlanması için başvuru olarak kabul edilir ve yazının değerlendirilme süreci başlar.

6. Başvurunun yapılmasından yazının yayınlanması aşamasına kadar uzanan süreçteki bütün işlemler elektronik ortamda gerçekleşir.

7. Yayınlanması için ULUSLARARASI SOSYAL BİLİMLER AKADEMİ DERGİSİ (USBAD) Dergisi’ne gönderilen yazılarının basım ve yayın hakları dergiye devredilmiş olur. Bu yazılar dergi yönetiminden izin alınmaksızın bir başka yayın organında yayınlanamaz, çoğaltılamaz ve kaynak gösterilmeden kullanılamaz. ULUSLARARASI SOSYAL BİLİMLER AKADEMİ DERGİSİ (USBAD) Dergisi, yayınlamış olduğu metinleri çeşitli mecralarda yayınlayabilir.

8. ULUSLARARASI SOSYAL BİLİMLER AKADEMİ DERGİSİ (USBAD) Dergisi’ne gönderilmiş yazılardan kaynaklanması muhtemel herhangi bir yasal, hukuksal, ekonomik ve etik sorumluluk, söz konusu yazı yayınlanmış olsa bile yazarlarına aittir. Dergi herhangi yükümlülük kabul etmez.

9. ULUSLARARASI SOSYAL BİLİMLER AKADEMİ DERGİSİ (USBAD) Dergisi’nin yayın dili Türkçe olmakla birlikte İngilizce, Almanca, Fransızca, Rusça, Arapça, Farsça vb. dillerden gelen yazılar da değerlendirmeye tabi tutulur ve hakemler tarafından yayımlanması uygun görüldüğü takdirde yayınlanır.

 

Değerlendirme Süreci

10. ULUSLARARASI SOSYAL BİLİMLER AKADEMİ DERGİSİ (USBAD) Dergisi’nin sistemine eklenen yazılara isim veya yazarın kimliğini deşifre edici herhangi bir gönderme konulmaz. Hakem sürecinden geçerek yayınlanması uygun görülen yazıların yazarlarına ait bilgiler yayın aşamasında editörler tarafından eklenir.

11. ULUSLARARASI SOSYAL BİLİMLER AKADEMİ DERGİSİ (USBAD) Dergisi’nin sistemine yüklenen her yazı, ilk olarak editör veya editör yardımcıları tarafından yazım ve yayın ilkelerine uygunluğu bağlamında değerlendirilir. Bu değerlendirme sonucunda, yazar tarafından yapılması gereken düzeltmeler olursa, yazı, editörler tarafından düzeltme istenerek yazara iade edilir.

12. Yazım ilkelerine uygun olmayan yazılar hakeme gönderilmez.

13. Yazım ve yayın ilkeleri açısından değerlendirilmeye uygun bulunan yazılar hakemlere yönlendirilir. Editör onayından geçen her yazının değerlendirilmesi için en az iki hakem görevlendirilir. Değerlendirme sürecine alınan yazılar için belirlenen hakemler yazının temsil ettiği alan ve anabilim dalında uzmanlıkları bulunan kimseler arasından seçilir.

14. Hakem ve yazarların isimleri karşılıklı olarak birbirlerinden gizli tutulur.

15. Hakemlerin kendilerine gönderilen yazıyı değerlendirme süreleri azami 15 gündür. 15 gün içinde değerlendirme yapmayan hakeme ek 7 gün süre tanınır ve hatırlatma maili gönderilir. Bu süreç sonunda rapor edilmeyen yazı için yeni bir hakem tayin edilir.

16. Alan değerlendirmesinden iki olumlu hakem raporu alan yazı yayınlanmaya hak kazanır. Bir olumlu bir olumsuz hakem raporu alan yazı, üçüncü bir hakeme gönderilir ve yazının yayınlanıp yayınlanmaması üçüncü hakemin raporu doğrultusunda belirlenir.

17. Hakemler, düzeltme istedikleri yazıyı yayınlanmadan önce bir kez daha görmek isteyebilirler. Bu talebin raporda belirtilmesi durumunda metnin düzeltilmiş biçimi editör tarafından hakeme gönderilir.

18. Yazarlar, makul çerçevede ve ikna edici verilerle birlikte hakem raporuna itiraz edebilirler. İtirazlar dergi yönetimi tarafından incelenir ve uygun görüldüğü takdirde konu ile ilgili olarak farklı bir hakemin (ya da hakemlerin) görüşlerine başvurulabilir.

19. ULUSLARARASI SOSYAL BİLİMLER AKADEMİ DERGİSİ (USBAD) Dergisi’nin elektronik sistemine eklenen yazıların değerlendirme sürecinin hangi evresinde olduğu, yazarlar tarafından kendi üyelik bilgileri kullanılarak takip edilebilir. Hakem süreci titizlikle izlenmeli, sistem yalnızca bir kez değişiklik hakkı verebildiğinden dolayı yapılması muhtemel değişiklikler için her iki hakem değerlendirmesinin de sonuçlanması ve raporların sisteme girilmesi beklenmelidir.

20. Dergi editörleri, hakemler tarafından verilen düzeltmeleri titizlikle takip eder. Bu doğrultuda, editörler tarafından bir yazının yayınlanması ya da yayınlanmaması yönünde karar alınabilir.

21. Usbad Uluslararası Sosyal Bilimler Akademi Dergisi ana sayfasından (https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/pub/usbad) "Başvuru Şablonları" başlığı altında yer alan “Word” formatındaki "Makale Şablonu"nu indiriniz. Makalenizi bu şablona göre düzenleyerek makale dosyanızı hazırlayın. 

22. Dergimiz yeni ve önemli dizinlerde taranmak için yaptığı başvuruların gereği olarak, yayınlanacak makalelerde "Genişletilmiş Özet-Extended Abstract" istemektedir. Ayrıntılar makale şablonunda yer almaktadır.

YAYIN ETİĞİ


Uluslararası Sosyal Bilimler Akademi Dergisi, Yayın Etiği Komisyonu (COPE) kılavuz ilkeleri ve Bilimsel Yayıncılıkta Şeffaflık ve En İyi Uygulama İlkeleri (COPE, DOAJ, OASPA, WAME ortak bildirisi) dahil olmak üzere çeşitli kuruluşlar tarafından ortaya konan kılavuz ilkelere ve temel uygulamalara uymayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu kılavuz ve tavsiyeler, bilimsel yayıncılıkta şeffaflık, dürüstlük ve en iyi uygulamaları teşvik etmek üzere tasarlanmıştır.
Dergi, bu standartlara bağlı kalarak, yayınladığı araştırmaların yüksek kalitede olmasını ve bilim dünyasının etik standartlarını karşılamasını sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır.


YAYIN İLKELERİ

• TR Dizin Dergi Değerlendirme Kriterleri’nde 2020 yılında yapılan değişikle Sosyal Bilimler dâhil olmak üzere tüm bilim dallarında yapılan makaleler için “Etik Kurul Onayı” talep edilmektedir. (Bkz.:https://trdizin.gov.tr/about#applicationAndCriterias TR Dizin Dergi Değerlendirme Kriterleri Madde 8).
• Uluslararası Sosyal Bilimler Akademi Dergisi’ne gönderilen çalışmaların gerekli süreçleri başlatılabilmesi için dergimizin hazırladığı “Telif Hakkı Formu”nun ıslak imzalı bir şekilde sisteme yüklenmesi gerekmektedir.
• Dergi şablonuna uyarlamadan gönderilen makaleler, dergi kurulu tarafından ret (iade) edilecektir.
• Bir çalışma, gönderim tarihini takip eden ilk sayıda değerlendirme süreci tamamlanmış olsa da yoğunluğa bağlı olarak yayımlanmayabilir. Bu durumda tüm koşulları sağlaması halinde bir sonraki sayıda yayımlanacaktır.
• Bir sayıda en fazla 25 (yirmi beş) çalışma, dergiye gönderim tarihi dikkate alınarak yayımlanacaktır.


ETİK İLKELER VE YAYIN POLİTİKASI


Etik Kurul Onayı ve Bilgilendirilmiş Onam

İnsan denekleri içeren tüm araştırmalar yürütülmeden önce bir etik kurul (örn. IRB) tarafından incelenmeli ve onaylanmalıdır. Etik kurulun adı, onay numarası ve tarihi makalenin Yöntemler bölümünde yer almalıdır. Yazarlardan onayın bir kopyasını sunmaları da istenebilir.
Çalışma etik onaydan muafsa, yazarlar etik kurul formunu doldururken bu durumu beyan etmelidir. Bir makale etik onayı olmadan gönderilirse, dergi etik kaygıları değerlendirmek için COPE'un yönergelerini izleyecektir. Etik onayı olmayan makaleler, konunun önemli olduğu düşünülürse reddedilebilir.
Bilgilendirilmiş onam formu ayrıntıları, araştırma süreciyle ilgili bilgilerle birlikte Yöntemler bölümüne dahil edilmelidir.
• İnsan denekleri içeren çalışmalar için, yazarlar tüm katılımcılardan yazılı bilgilendirilmiş onam alındığını teyit etmeli ve onam formu araştırmacılar tarafından saklanmalıdır. On sekiz yaşın altındaki çocukları içeren araştırmalar için ebeveyn veya vasiden onay alınmalıdır. Anketlerde veya görüşmelerde, katılımcıların veri kullanımı için rızası da teyit edilmelidir. İsimlendirme için açık rıza verilmediği sürece kişisel bilgiler kimliksizleştirilmelidir.
• Yazarlar, özellikle fotoğraflarda, katılımcıların anonimliğini ve gizliliğini korumaktan sorumludur. Her türlü görüntü için imzalı ibranameler alınmalı, yayın için onay sağlanmalı ve her türlü koşul belirtilmelidir. Bu onay Yöntemler bölümünde belirtilmelidir.


İntihal ve Etik İhlaller

Tüm başvurular, hakem değerlendirme ve/veya üretim süreçlerinde benzerlik tespiti yazılımı kullanılarak birden fazla taramadan geçirilir. Önceki çalışmalara atıfta bulunurken, tüm materyalin doğru bir şekilde referans gösterildiğinden emin olunmalıdır. Herhangi bir kaynaktan (dergi makaleleri, kitaplar, tezler, elektronik medya, vb.) metin, tablo veya resim kopyalamak ve bunları kendisine ait gibi sunmak, referans verilmiş olsa bile intihal olarak kabul edilir. Kaynağı 'Kaynaklar' bölümünde listelemek, yazarları intihal sorumluluğundan muaf tutmaz.

• Atıf Manipülasyonu: Kendine atıf yapma, aynı derginin aşırı atıfla kullanılması veya atıf yığma gibi yöntemlerle atıf sayılarının şişirilmesi, akademik tanınmayı çarpıtan bir uygulamadır.
Kendinden İntihal (Metin Geri Dönüşümü): Bir yazarın önceki çalışmasından bölümleri veya cümleleri uygun şekilde atıf yapmadan yeniden kullanmayı içerir ve bir tür intihal teşkil eder.
Salami Dilimleme: Tek bir çalışmadan aynı veri setini, hipotezleri ve yöntemleri kullanarak birden fazla makale yayınlaması anlamına gelen, etik olmayan bir uygulamadır.
Veri Üretme: Gerçek araştırma veya deneylerle desteklenmeyen sahte verilerin oluşturulması, araştırma dürüstlüğünün ciddi bir ihlali olarak kabul edilir.
Veri Manipülasyonu/Sahteciliği: Bulguları yanlış yönlendirmek veya yanlış temsil etmek için görüntülerin değiştirilmesi ya da aykırı değerlerin kaldırılması gibi verilerin değiştirilmesini içerir.


İntihal, atıf manipülasyonu veya veri çarpıtma gibi etik ihlallerine ilişkin şüphe durumlarında, Editörler Kurulu, şüphelerin adil, şeffaf ve tutarlı bir şekilde ele alınmasını sağlamak için COPE (Yayın Etiği Komisyonu) yönergelerini takip edecektir.

Usbad Uluslararası Sosyal Bilimler Akademi Dergisi’ne gönderilen tüm makaleler yayın öncesi https://intihal.net/ yazılımınca taranmaktadır. Benzerlik oranı özgün makaleler için %20, lisansüstü tezlerden üretilen makaleler için %25 olmalıdır. Benzerlik oranının altında olan makaleler yayına kabul edilir. İntihal ya da etik dışı davranışlar tespit edilirse makalenin yayınlanması reddedilir.

Uluslararası Sosyal Bilimler Akademi Dergisi’nde yayımlanan tüm makalelere, herhangi bir ücret ödemeden ve kayıt zorunluluğu olmadan çevrimiçi olarak kalıcı bir şekilde erişilebilir. Yazarlar, çalışmalarının telif haklarını korurken, derginin Telif Hakkı ve Etik politikasına uygun olarak üçüncü tarafların içeriği paylaşmasına, çoğaltmasına ve dağıtmasına izin verir.

HAKEM DEĞERLENDİRME SÜRECİ

Uluslararası Sosyal Bilimler Akademi Dergisi, akademik bütünlüğün en yüksek standartlarda korunmasını sağlamak amacıyla titiz ve şeffaf bir çift anonimleştirilmiş hakem değerlendirme sürecini yürütmektedir.
Makaleler, hem yazarların hem de hakemlerin birbirlerine anonim olarak kalacakları bu sürece tabi tutulmaktadır. Her makale, ilgili alanda uzman en az iki bağımsız dış hakem tarafından değerlendirilir. Yazarlar, potansiyel hakemleri önerebilir, ancak nihai seçim editör tarafından yapılır ve editör, yazarın önerilerine uymak zorunda değildir.
Değerlendirme süreci boyunca gizlilik esastır ve hakemler makaleyi yalnızca editörün izniyle paylaşabilirler. Hakemler, makalenin kalitesini artırmak amacıyla zamanında, tarafsız, kanıta dayalı ve yapıcı geri bildirim sağlarlar. Araştırma ihlali şüphesi olan durumlar, sürecin bütünlüğünü korumak için gizli bir şekilde editöre bildirilmelidir. Dergi, değerlendirme süreci, seçim kriterleri ve itiraz prosedürü hakkında bilgi paylaşarak ve kabul oranları ve yayım süreleri gibi önemli verileri yayımlayarak şeffaflık sağlar. Bir makalenin kabul edilmesi, düzeltilmesi veya reddedilmesi konusundaki nihai karar, Alan Editörlerinin önerilerini dikkate alarak Baş Editör tarafından verilir. Hakemler, bir değerlendirme davetini kabul etmeden önce herhangi bir olası çıkar çatışmalarını açıklamalıdır. Editörlerle hakemler arasındaki tüm iletişimler gizlidir.
Editörler kurulunun üyeleri tarafından gönderilen makaleler, tarafsızlığı sağlamak amacıyla dış editörler tarafından ele alınır ve bu dış editörler de çıkar çatışmalarını açıklamak zorundadır. Hakem değerlendirme süreci standart prosedürlerden saparsa, şeffaflık ve hesap verebilirliği sağlamak için makalede hangi tür inceleme yapıldığı belirtilir.


REVİZYON DETAYLARI

Minör revizyon veya majör revizyon gerektiren makaleler, Baş Editör tarafından hakemlerin ve editörlerin yorumlarını içeren bir karar mektubu ile yanıtlanır ve yeniden gönderim için bir son tarih alır. Yazarlar, gözden geçirilmiş bir makale ve her bir yorumu ayrı ayrı ele alan ayrıntılı bir düzeltme dosyası oluşturmalıdır.
Makalenin değişiklikleri vurgulayan açıklamalı bir versiyonu da sunulmalıdır. Gözden geçirilmiş makaleler, karar mektubunda belirtilen tarihe kadar teslim edilmelidir. Son teslim tarihine uyulmaması, revizyonun reddedilmesine neden olabilir. Ek süreye ihtiyaç duyulması halinde, yazarlar orijinal son tarih sona ermeden önce uzatma talebinde bulunmalıdır.


YAZARLIK KRİTERLERİ

Araştırma bulgularını bildiren başvuruların yazarları, Uluslararası Tıp Dergisi Editörleri Komitesi (ICMJE) tarafından belirlenen dört kriterin tamamını karşılamalıdır:
1. Çalışmanın konseptine veya tasarımına, ya da verilerin elde edilmesi, analizi veya yorumlanmasına önemli katkılar sağlama;
2. Çalışmanın taslağını hazırlamak veya önemli entelektüel içerik için eleştirel bir şekilde gözden geçirmek;
3. Yayımlanacak son versiyonun onaylanması;
4. Çalışmanın tüm yönlerinden sorumlu olmayı kabul etmek, herhangi bir bölümün doğruluğu veya bütünlüğü ile ilgili soruların uygun şekilde araştırılmasını ve çözülmesini sağlamak.
Yazarlar, makalelerini göndermeden önce kimlerin yazarlık için uygun olduğunu ve yazarların hangi sırayla listeleneceğini belirlemelidir. Uluslararası Sosyal Bilimler Akademi Dergisi, editörleri yazarlık anlaşmazlıklarını çözmez. İlk gönderimden sonra yazar sayısında veya sıralamasında yapılacak her türlü değişiklik Baş Editöre yazılı olarak açıklanmalıdır. Editörler, herhangi bir yazarlık usulsüzlüğünü, birinci veya sorumlu yazarın kurumundaki veya işverenindeki araştırma görevlisine veya uygun akademik etik yetkililerine yönlendirme hakkını saklı tutar.
Yazarlar, başvuru sırasında bireysel katkılar hakkında bilgi vermek için CRediT (Katkıda Bulunan Rolleri Taksonomisi) kullanabilirler.


Çıkar Çatışması Beyanı

Editoryal derneklerle, ticari düzenleme şirketleriyle, tıbbi iletişim şirketleriyle veya başvuruyu ilgilendiren diğer kuruluşlarla ilişkiler dâhil olmak üzere herhangi bir finansal veya finansal olmayan çıkar çatışması makalenin sonunda, Kaynaklar bölümünden hemen önce açıklanmalıdır.


Finansal Destek Beyanı

Tüm finansman kaynakları makalenin sonunda belirtilmelidir. Yazarlar, varsa, çalışma sponsor(lar)ının çalışma tasarımı, veri toplama, analiz, yorumlama, rapor yazımı ve makalenin yayına sunulması kararındaki rolünü belirtmelidir. Eğer finansman kaynağı bu alanlarla ilgili bir katkıda bulunmamışsa, yazarlar bunu net bir şekilde ifade etmelidir.


Makale Hazırlama Sürecinde Yapay Zekanın (AI) Rolü

Uluslararası Sosyal Bilimler Akademi Dergisi, makale hazırlamada yapay zeka (YZ) ve yapay zeka destekli teknolojilerin kullanımına ilişkin Yayın Etiği Komisyonu (COPE) yönergelerini takip etmektedir. Yazarlık, yalnızca insanların yerine getirebileceği sorumluluklar gerektirir ve yazarlar çalışmalarının özgünlüğü ve bütünlüğünden sorumludur.
YZ araçları, dil düzenlemesi için kullanılabilir; ancak bunların kullanımı makalede açıkça belirtilmelidir. YZ, yazar olarak listelenemez, çünkü yazarlık, entelektüel katkılar, eleştirel düşünme ve sorumluluk gerektirir; bu unsurlar, YZ tarafından sağlanamaz. Bu standartların korunması, yayımlanan araştırmaların kalitesini ve özgünlüğünü korumak için önemlidir.


Yayın Sonrası Düzeltme Talepleri ve Makale Geri Çekme Politikası

Yayın sonrası tüm düzeltme talepleri editoryal incelemeye tabidir. Yayın Kurulu, hatanın niteliğine, makale üzerindeki etkisine ve destekleyici kanıtlara dayanarak düzeltmelerin gerekliliğini ve uygunluğunu değerlendirir. Onaylanması halinde, düzeltme dergi arşivinde yapılacaktır. Dergi, ICMJE ve COPE yönergelerini takip etmektedir.


Makale Geri Çekme (Yayın Öncesi)

Makale Geri Çekme işlemi yalnızca hatalar, kazara yinelenen gönderimler veya etik ihlaller (örneğin, birden fazla gönderim, sahte veriler veya intihal) içerebilecek makalelerin ilk sürümleri olan basım aşamasındaki makaleler için geçerlidir. Geri çekilen makalelerin HTML ve PDF içerikleri kaldırılacak ve yerine çekilme bildiren bir açıklama ile derginin çekilme politikasına bağlantı verilecektir.


Makale Geri Çekme (Yayın Sonrası)

Geri çekmeler intihal, veri uydurma, sahte yazarlık veya ortak yazar onayı olmadan yayın gibi ciddi etik ihlaller için verilir. Geri çekme bildirimleri şu unsurları içerir:
• “Geri Çekme” başlıklı resmi bir geri çekme notu: [Makale Başlığı]” başlıklı resmi bir geri çekme notu, sonraki bir sayıda yayınlanır.
• Orijinal makalenin PDF'si üzerine “Geri Çekildi” şeklinde bir filigran eklenir.
• Akademik bütünlüğü korurken düzeltmelerde şeffaflık sağlayan HTML sürümü kaldırılır.


Makale Kaldırılması (Hukuki ve Güvenlik Endişeleri)
Nadir durumlarda, bir makalenin yasal sorunlar, mahkeme kararları, hakaret veya önemli sağlık riskleri nedeniyle derginin çevrimiçi veri tabanından kalıcı olarak kaldırılması gerekebilir. Meta veriler (başlık ve yazarlar) korunurken, makale içeriği kaldırmayı açıklayan yasal bir bildirimle değiştirilecektir.


Makale Değiştirme

Bir makale ciddi bir etik vb. riskler barındırıyorsa, yazarlar düzeltilmiş bir versiyonla değiştirilmesini talep edebilir. Bu gibi durumlarda, düzeltilmiş makaleye bir bağlantı içeren bir geri çekme bildirimi yayınlanacak ve güncellemelerin şeffaf bir şekilde kaydedilmesi sağlanacaktır.


Kendi Kendine Arşivleme Politikası

Yazarların yayınlanmış çalışmalarını kurumsal veya kişisel web sitelerinin yanı sıra açık erişim havuzlarında kendi kendilerine arşivlemelerine izin verilir. Yazarlar makalelerini paylaşırken orijinal yayına uygun şekilde atıfta bulunmalı ve DOI numarasını eklemelidir. Ayrıca, yazarların yayınevinin resmi web sitesine bir bağlantı sağlamaları teşvik edilir, böylece bilimsel kaydın doğruluğu ve bütünlüğü sağlanmış olur. Yayıncının web sitesinde yayınlanan versiyon, kayıtların kesin versiyonu olarak kabul edilir.


YASAL UYARI

Yayınlanan makalelerde ifade edilen görüş ve fikirler yalnızca yazar(lar)a aittir ve editörlerin, yayın kurulunun veya yayıncının görüşlerini yansıtmaz. Editörler, yayın kurulu ve yayıncı, yayınlanan makalelerin içeriğinden sorumlu değildir ve bu makalelerde ifade edilen görüşleri onaylamaz.
Yazarlar, çalışmalarının doğruluğu ve bütünlüğü konusunda tam sorumluluk taşırlar. Dergi, araştırmaların bilim camiasına yayılması için bir platform görevi görürken, içeriğin geçerliliğini garanti etmez.


ULUSLARARASI SOSYAL BİLİMLER AKADEMİ DERGİSİ (USBAD), gönderilen makaleler için makalelerin Kabul veya Red durumuna bakılmaksızın (editörlük, mizanpaj, yazım ve imla kontrolü vs. için) makale başına 1500 TL Makale Gönderim Ücreti almaktadır. Makale başvurusu yapıldıktan sonra, intihal ve ön değerlendirme sonucu olumlu çıkan makaleler için dergi editörlüğünce yazarlara ücret ödemesi yapması için bilgilendirmede bulunulacaktır. Hakem değerlendirme süreci, ücret ödemesi yapılıp ödeme belgesi usbaddergi@gmail.com adresine e-mail yoluyla gönderildikten sonra başlatılacaktır. Hakem değerlendirmeleri neticesinde reddedilen veya herhangi bir sebepten dolayı geri çekilen makaleler için yazarlara ücret iadesi yapılmayacaktır.

1968 yılında Ankara'da doğdu. İlk ve orta öğrenimini burada tamamladıktan sonra 1985 yılında Kayseri Erciyes Üniversitesi İlahiyat fakültesinde yüksek öğretimine başladı. 1991 yılında mezun olduktan sonra Milli Eğitim'de öğretmenliğe geçti. Aynı yıl Erciyes Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsünde İslam Hukuku Anabilim dalında yüksek lisansa başladı. 1993 yılında yeni açılan İnönü Üniversitesi İlahiyat fakültesine araştırma görevlisi oldu. 1994 yılında “1115 Tarihli Şeriye Siciline Göre Kastamonu'da Günlük Hayat” isimli tezde bilimde uzman oldu. Aynı yıl Konya Selçuk Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü'nde İslam Hukuku anabilim dalında doktoraya başladı. 1999 yılında “İslam Hukukuna Göre Siyasi Fikir Hürriyeti” adlı Tezle bilim doktoru oldu. 2000 yılında İnönü Üniversitesi İlahiyat fakültesinde Yardımcı Doçent Doktor olarak atandı. 2017 yılında doçent oldu. Kasım 2017 yılında İnönü Üniversitesi İlahiyat Fakültesine İslam Hukuku Ana Bilim Dalına DOÇENT olarak atandı. 2022 yılında profesör oldu. Evli ve iki çocuk babası olan Ali Duman'ın 40'a yakın makalenin yanında, İzmirli İsmail Hakkı'nın İlmi Hilaf İsimli Kitabının Dipnotları Olarak Sadeleştirilmesi, İlitam Ve İlahiyat Fakülteleri İçin İslam Hukuk Usulü Dersleri, Şia Ve Ehli Sünnet Fıkhına Göre Mut'a, İmam Malik gibi yayınlanmış kitapları ve Çağları Aşan Bilge İmam-ı Azam Ebu Hanife kitabının editörlüğü, pek çok kitapta bölüm yazarlığı pek çok yayına hazır eserleri ve yayınlanmış makaleleri bulunmaktadır .

Ortaçağ Felsefesi

İlk ve ortaokulu memleketi Ankara’da tamamladı. 1999 yılında aynı şehirde liseyi bitirdi ve Gazi Üniversitesi, Fen-Edebiyat Fakültesi, Çağdaş Türk Lehçeleri ve Edebiyatları Bölümünde Kuzey-Batı Türk Lehçeleri Kazak-Kırgız Anabilim Dalında lisans eğitimine başladı. 2003 yılında Çağdaş Türk Lehçeleri ve Edebiyatları Bölümü’nü bölüm birincisi olarak bitirdi. Lisans eğitiminin ardından İsviçre’nin Cenevre şehrine gitti. Cenevre’de Fransızca eğitimi aldı. 2004 yılında Gazi Üniversitesi, Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü, Çağdaş Türk Lehçeleri ve Edebiyatları Ana Bilim Dalında yüksek lisans eğitimine başladı. 2005 yılında Gazi Üniversitesi Fen-Edebiyat Fakültesi, Çağdaş Türk Lehçeleri ve Edebiyatları Bölümü’nde Kuzey-Batı Türk Lehçeleri (Kazak-Kırgız Anabilim Dalı) Araştırma Görevlisi olarak Kazak edebiyatı ile ilgili çalışmalarını bölüm bünyesinde devam ettirdi. 2007 yılında “Kazak Şairi Säken Seyfullin’in Kökşetaw Poeması -Aktarma, Dil ve Üslûp Bakımından İnceleme-” başlıklı yüksek lisans tezini tamamladı. 2007 yılında Ankara Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü Çağdaş Türk Lehçeleri ve Edebiyatları Anabilim Dalı’nda Doktora programına başladı. 2008’de “Moskova’daki Sovyet Yazarlar Birliği Karar Tutanaklarının İncelenmesi ve Bu Tutanaklarda Alınan Kararların Kazak Sovyet Edebiyatına Tesirleri (1934-1990)” başlıklı Gazi Üniversitesi Bilimsel Araştırma Projesi ile bir yıllığına Moskova’ya gitti. Aynı zamanda bu dönemde Moskova’da Puşkin Rus Dili Devlet Enstitüsünde Rusça eğitimi aldı. 2010 yılında Kazakistan’ın Kızılorda şehrinde Korkut Ata Kızılorda Devlet Üniversitesi Türk Dünyası Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı Bölümünde bir yıl misafir öğretim elemanı olarak görev yaptı. Kazakistan’daki görevi sırasında Kazak edebiyatı üzerine çeşitli alan çalışmalarında bulundu. 2014 yılında “Kazak Sovyet Edebiyatında İmaj ve Kimlik” adlı doktora tezini savunarak doktor unvanını aldı. 2018 yılında Gazi Üniversitesi’nin bölünerek Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli Üniversitesi adıyla yeni bir üniversite kurulmasının üzerine GÜ Edebiyat Fakültesi Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli Üniversitesi bünyesinde kaldığından 2018 yılından bu yana Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli Üniversitesi çatısı altında çalışmalarına devam etmektedir. Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli Üniversitesi Çağdaş Türk Lehçeleri ve Edebiyatları Bölümünde 2018 yılında doçent, 2024 yılında profesör olmuştur. Çalışmalarına halen Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli Üniversitesi Çağdaş Türk Lehçeleri ve Edebiyatları Bölümünde devam etmektedir. Odaklandığı konular Türk Dünyası edebiyatında ideoloji-edebiyat ilişkisi, Sovyet dönemi tarihi ve edebiyatı, Sovyet devri Türk Dünyası kimlik çalışmaları, Türk Dünyası’nda kadın çalışmaları, Çağdaş Kazak edebiyatı, Kazak tarihi, Kazak kültürü gibi konulardır.
Cemile Kınacı Baran’ın 3 kitabı, 4 çeviri kitabı, çok sayıda makalesi ve bilimsel toplantıda sunulan tebliğleri bulunmaktadır.

Dr.  Ramazan ERTÜRK, 1999 yılında Abant İzzet Baysal Üniversitesi Sınıf Öğretmenliği bölümünü kazanmış ve bu bölümden 2003 yılında mezun olup sınıf öğretmeni olarak Kastamonu iline atanmıştır. Sırasıyla Kastamonu, Düzce ve Bolu illerinde görev yapmıştır. Bu süreçte müdür yetkili öğretmenlik, müdür yardımcılığı ve öğretmenlik görevlerinde bulunmuştur. 2014 yılında Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal Üniversitesi Eğitim Bilimleri Enstitüsü Eğitim Bilimleri Ana Bilim Dalı Eğitim Yönetimi ve Denetimi Bilim Dalında Tezli Yüksek Lisansını, 2021 yılında Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal Üniversitesi Lisansüstü Eğitim Enstitüsü, Eğitim Bilimleri Anabilim Dalı, Eğitim Yönetimi ve Denetimi Bilim Dalında Doktora Programını tamamlamıştır.
