Papers sent to the journal are sent to 2 referees (blind review method). In case of need, it can be sent to the third referee. The related field editor examines the submitted article. Works that do not comply with the rules of writing can be sent back to the author for correction. Incoming papers should not be expected to be published in the first issue after the first submission date. The publication process can last for at least 6-9 months.

1-The manuscripts submitted to the journal must be previously unpublished or submitted to another journal for publication.

2 - The studies submitted for publication must be prepared in accordance with the academic spelling rules and with either Turkish or English language.

3 - The publication rights of all published works belong to the journal.

4-The studies sent to the journal are published after being examined by the relevant referees.

5- The manuscripts, which do not need correction, do not have to be sent back for checking. However, the author can request a correction.

 6-Related editor can make the spelling corrections if he sees necessary. Again, foreign language editor can correct if he considers it necessary.

7- The studies and attachments (photos, figures, tables, etc.), should be written in Word 6.0 / 2003 or a higher program with Times New Roman 12 point 1 line spacing (Turkish and English Abstract 10 point spacing 1 line, paragraph first line 0). Margin settings: Top 2.5cm, left 2.5cm, right 2.5cm, bottom 2.5 cm, paragraph first line should be 1.25 cm from the inside, inter-paragraph range should be before 0 nk, after 6 nk. Titles should be before 12nk, after 6nk. Blank lines should not be given between paragraphs.

8- Turkish (Öz ve Anahtar kelimeler) and English Abstract and Keywords should be given at the beginning of the study with approximately 150-200 words. Also complete address information should be available for each author.

9-The footnotes in the studies will be prepared in the form of APA (American Psychological Association) or classical footnotes. For all cited references, complete bibliographic information should be available. It is recommended to use the Latin alphabet for all references (this is important for the coefficient of influence of the citation).

10- The opinions put forward in the articles published in the journal belong to the authors. All legal responsibility of the writings belongs to the authors.

11-Articles published in the journal, can be cited with the condition of showing the source. Reference to the journal; author, article name, Journal of Electronic Social Sciences (www.esosder.org), volume, number, year is recommended to be made in the form.

12-No copyright fee is paid to published articles.

13-It is recommended that the studies do not exceed 20 pages.

14-Author information should not be given on the first page of the study. This information should be given in "Submit Article" link.

15 - In scientific studies to be sent to the journal, utmost attention should be given to compliance with research and publication ethics.

16- You can reach to know abouth the article contribution fee from control list. (IBAN number can be reached during the loading process). It is recommended that the article not be more than 1 MB. Payment information should be written the description.

* After the payment, esosder@gmail.com or info@esosder.org addresses must be informed.

* 50% of the fee will be refunded if the submitted work is not published (Author has to send the IBAN number).

* The referee process of the articles with no contribution fee is not started.

You can access the account number to which the article contribution is to be deposited from the Submission Preparation List.

* STUDIES NOT SUITABLE FOR THESE RULES WILL NOT BE EVALUATED.

ETHICAL PRINCIPLES
Scientific Research Ethics
The following points should be considered for the ethics committee report:
Ethics committee approval should be obtained separately for studies conducted in social sciences and for clinical and experimental studies on humans and animals that require an ethics committee decision, and this approval should be stated and documented in the article. Articles should include a statement that the Research and Publication Ethics are complied with.
In studies that require permission from the Ethics Committee, information about the permission (name of the committee, date and number) should be included in the method section and also on the first/last page of the article.
In case reports, information about signing the informed consent/consent form should be included in the article.
Studies that require the approval of the Ethics Committee are as follows:
All kinds of research conducted with qualitative or quantitative approaches that require data collection from the participants by using survey, interview, focus group work, observation, experiment, interview techniques. Use of humans and animals (including material/data) for experimental or other scientific purposes, Clinical studies on humans, Studies on animals, Retrospective studies in accordance with personal data protection law. Also; Obtaining and specifying permission from the owners for the use of scales, surveys, photographs belonging to others, Indication of compliance with copyright regulations for the intellectual and artistic works used.
Researchers who are not members of the university can apply to the Ethics Committees in their regions for the Ethics Committee Report.

PUBLICATION ETHICS
Author(s);
Persons who do not contribute to the study during scientific research and writing should not be cited as authors.
The same publication should not be sent to more than one journal.
It is recommended (by TUBITAK ULAKBİM TR Index) that the Advisor should not be the first author in studies produced from graduate theses.
It is recommended (by TUBITAK ULAKBİM TR Index) to give a statement of Contribution of Researchers, Statement of Support and Acknowledgment, if any, and Conflict at the end of the article to the author(s).
Author(s) should avoid situations such as irresponsible authorship, piracy, fabrication, multi-publishing, split-publishing, biased source, biased publication, violation of human-animal ethics, which are stated as unethical behaviors.
The author(s) should act in accordance with the citation system specified in the journal during the writing phase of the candidate article.
Unpublished works should not be cited as a source.
All or part of any work cannot be published without permission or without reference (plagiarism).
The author(s) should indicate the financial sources of the study, if any.
The status of the article regarding ethical issues and ethics committee permissions should be clearly stated in the methods section of the article.

EDITORIAL ETHICS
Editor(s);
In the full-text article to be sent to the referees, care should be taken not to include the names of the author(s), and the author should not inform the referees of their names.
The candidate is obliged to appoint at least two referees suitable for the subject of the article.
It should ensure the communication between the referee(s) and the corresponding author, taking into account the blind review process.
They should maintain their relations in a transparent and objective manner without discriminating between any authors and referees.
They should not use their position for their own personal and academic interests.
Candidates for rejection should provide clear and detailed justifications for the articles.
Scientific research should also consider publication and referee ethics.

REFEREE ETHICS
The referees must be experts in the fields addressed by the candidate article.
They should make their criticisms objectively and clearly.
Referees should not request to learn the names of the author(s) of the work they will evaluate, and should not be shared with third parties, considering that the manuscripts are personal.
The candidate in the evaluation process should not transfer information for their own studies from the article, and should not pursue any academic/personal interests.
Candidates to be rejected should clearly and in detail state the reasons for rejection for the articles.
It should also consider the rules of scientific research and publication ethics.
Referees must specify their titles and names in the evaluation report.
