Başta İstanbul Üniversitesi olmak üzere çeşitli üniversitelerde bankacılık ve finans konularında lisans ve yüksek lisans düzeylerinde dersler vermektedir. 2003 yılında 5411 sayılı Bankacılık Kanunu Tasarısı TBMM Bütçe Plan Komisyon üyesi, 2005 yılında DPT 9. Kalkınma Planı Finansal Hizmetler Özel İhtisas Komisyon üyesi, 2008 yılında T.C Ulaştırma Bakanlığı İntermodal Finansman Özel İhtisas Komisyonu üyesi ve 2012 yılında T.C Kalkınma Bakanlığı 10. Kalkınma Planı Finansal Hizmetler Özel İhtisas Komisyon üyesi olarak görev yaptı.

Doç. Dr. Zeliha Tekin, 1976 yılında İstanbul’da doğmuştur. Sırasıyla, Pazarlama, Sosyal Bilimler; İşletme ve Psikoloji Yandal (Burslu) bölümlerinden mezun olmuştur. 2008 yılında Haliç Üniversitesi’nde İşletme Tezli Yüksek Lisans programını tamamlamıştır. 2013 senesinde Haliç Üniversitesinde İşletme doktora programına başlamış ve 2015 yılında 2214 TÜBİTAK Doktora Sırası Araştırma Bursunu kazanarak İngiltere’de The University of Manchester (Manchester Business School) Manchester Institute of Innovation Research’da inovasyon ve bilgi yönetimi üzerine araştırmalar yapmış ve inovasyon politikaları, ürün geliştirme, proje yönetimi, enerji verimliliği, iklim değişikliği ve girişimcilik gibi konularda eğitim seminerleri ve programlarına katılmıştır. 2016’da Türkiye’ye dönmüş, doktorasını bitirmiş ve aynı yıl Muş Alparslan Üniversitesi’nde Yönetim ve Organizasyon Bölümü bölümünde Doktor Öğretim Üyesi olarak görev yapmaya başlamıştır ve 2017 yılında Türkiye Odalar ve Borsalar Birliği’nin (TOBB) 81 İle 81 Akademik Danışman Programı kapsamında Muş Ticaret ve Sanayi Odasının Akademik Danışmanlığını yürütmüş yine aynı kapsamda “Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri (CBS) Tabanlı Türkiye Sanayi Envanteri Bilgi Sisteminin Oluşturulması” projesinde araştırmacı olarak yer almıştır. 2017 yılında ayrıca “Muş İlinin Kadın Girişimci Potansiyelinin İncelenmesi” adlı bilimsel araştırma projesinin yürütücülüğünü yapmıştır. Dr. Tekin Muş Alparslan Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Meslek Yüksek Okulunda Yönetim ve Organizasyon Bölüm Başkanlığı, Sürekli Eğitim Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezi Müdür Yardımcılığı görevlerini yürütmüş 2018’de Kariyer Geliştirme Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezi Kurucu Müdürlüğüne atanmıştır ve halen Kariyer Merkezi Müdürlüğü görevini sürdürmektedir. Dr. Tekin, 2018 yılından bu yana TÜBİTAK’ın Girişimci ve Yenilikçi Üniversite Endeksi çalışmalarında üniversite tarafından uzman olarak görevlendirilmiş, 2019 yılında Bilim Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı tarafından Kamu-Üniversite-Sanayi-İşbirliği (KÜSİ) Çalışma Grubu üyesi olarak seçilmiş ve KÜSİ Muş İl temsilciliği yapmıştır. Dr. Tekin, 2020 yılında Türkiye Üniversite Liderlik İyileştirme Programı (TULİP) bünyesindeki 81 ilden başvurunun yapıldığı Yükseköğretimde Kadın Liderliğini Geliştirme ve Güçlendirme Eğitim ve Mentorlük Programına seçilerek Muş Alparslan Üniversitesini temsil etmiştir.
Dr. Zeliha Tekin’in “İşletmelerde Bilgi, İnovasyon ve Yeni Ürün Geliştirme Yönetimi”, “Başarı Perspektifinden Masallarla Kariyer ve Girişimcilik Yolculuğu” ve “İş ve İşletme Etiği” adlı kitapları, inovasyon, Endüstri 4.0, kadın girişimciliği, etik, kariyer yönetimi, zaman yönetimi konularında pek çok akademik çalışması (kitap bölümü, makale, bildiri) bulunmaktadır. Dr. Tekin ayrıca, kongre ve akademik dergilerde hakem, yayın ve bilim kurullarında yer almış üniversiteler, liseler, kurum-kuruluşlar ve işletmelerde gamification/eğlenerek öğrenme tekniğini uygulayarak inovasyon, motivasyon, toplam kalite yönetimi, proje yönetimi, endüstri 4.0, girişimcilik, sosyal girişimcilik, kadın girişimciliği, kadın kooperatifçiliği, yeni ürün geliştirme, etik, kariyer planlama, kariyer yönetimi ve zaman yönetimi konularında eğitim ve seminerler vermiştir. Dr. Tekin, Yaratıcı Girişimcilik Eğitim Programının Türkiye’deki (Creative Entrepreneurship Education Program) sertifikalı eğitmenleri arasındadır.

Aim & Scope
The aim of the journal is to contribute to the social sciences literature in the international arena by including articles based on original studies in the fields of economy, banking, economics, finance, insurance, social sciences, and finance. In this context, the Journal of Finance, Economy, and Social Research is open to future research from all disciplines interested in the subject. In addition, the journal wishes to evaluate articles from researchers and practitioners as well as articles from academics.
Journal of Finance, Economics, and Social Studies (FESA) is an international peer-reviewed journal. Journal of Finance, Economics and Social Studies is a journal open to theoretical-analytical empirical research and analysis prepared in all sub-disciplines of economics, banking, economics, finance, insurance, social sciences, and finance.
Author Guidelines

Dear Author/Authors, please edit your article in accordance with the sample template and add it to the system.
Writing rules
On the first page, the abstract consisting of maximum 150 words, arranged in Turkish and English, should be written in 9 pt, titles in 10 pt, justified and bold.
The article title, keywords and gel codes should be stated in Turkish and English and should be placed at the top and bottom in 14 points.
There should be at least 3 JEL codes and 3 keywords.
The name of the author or authors should be written as a footnote with a "*" sign next to the author or authors' names, with a space left, right-justified, italicized and bold, with a space left, and the titles of the authors, the institutions they work, and the places where they can be reached. It should be written in 10 points with e-mail addresses.
Submitted works must not have been published anywhere before.
The font should be in the 10-point Times New Roman format. The text should be written single-spaced and justified.
Page layout should be “normal”, 2.5 cm from the top, 2.5 cm from the bottom, 2.5 cm on the right, 2.5 cm on the left, 1 cm indent.
The main headings of the article should be 14 pt, bold and all capital letters, subheadings should be 12 pt, bold and the first letters should be capitalized.
References should be written in 10 font size and should be placed at the end of the article right after the conclusion.
References should be made not in footnotes, but in parentheses to the relevant place in the (APA) text. The order in parentheses should be the surname of the author(s), year of the source, page number or numbers.
In the bibliography, the surnames of the author(s) should be written in capital letters, the first letter of the first letter should be capitalized and the following should be written in lowercase.
References in the bibliography should be listed alphabetically according to the surname of the author.

Our Publication Policy and Ethical Values
The ethical duties and responsibilities adopted by our journal take into account the principles published by the "Higher Education Institutions Scientific Research and Publication Ethics Directive" and the "Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE)".
If the studies submitted to our journal envisage the collection of data from humans through surveys, interviews, focus group studies, experiments, etc. and their use for experimental or other scientific purposes, it is mandatory to obtain an Ethics Committee Approval Certificate from the Human Research Ethics Committee of the relevant institution before the application.
The basic principles regarding the publication policy of the journal are as follows:
1. Studies prepared in Turkish or English will be included in the journal.
2. English summaries of articles prepared in Turkish will also be added.
3. Articles sent to the journal by the authors must not have been published anywhere else.
4. The journal will be published four times a year. The editor and relevant boards may issue special issues if deemed necessary.
5. An advisory and referee board consisting of expert and respected academicians in the field will be established in accordance with the purpose of the journal.
6. The editor will undertake to conduct the scientific operations of the journal. Assistant editors will assist the editor in conducting these operations.
7. The publisher will undertake the cover and inner page design, publication, subscription transactions, and sales and distribution transactions of the journal.
8. First of all; the contribution level of the studies sent to the journal to the journal's field of expertise will be questioned. In this context, studies that are inadequate in conceptual and theoretical terms can be returned to the author/authors by writing a justification without being subjected to the referee process, after receiving the opinions of the editor and, if deemed necessary, one or two members of the advisory board.
9. In field research, equal distance will be maintained between qualitative and quantitative applications. At this point, in addition to the conformity of the application and analysis methods to the methodological infrastructure and the subject, whether they are used correctly and appropriately and whether they really contribute to the relevant field will be examined.
10. Studies sent to the journal will be sent to two referees related to the subject of the study after the editor's review and, if deemed necessary, the opinions of one or two members of the advisory board. The evaluation of the studies will be finalized according to the results of the referee review. If deemed necessary (one referee has a positive opinion and the other has a negative opinion, or similar situations), the editor may send the article to a third referee.
11. The editor and the publisher may decide to publish some issues thematically (with topics) if deemed necessary.
12. In the long term and depending on the demand that will arise, the studies may be published in full text in international indexes.
13. The editor and the publisher may also decide to organize seminars, symposiums and panels within the journal's subject.
