The International Journal of Troy Art and Design (IJTAD) was established in 2020 by the Faculty of Fine Arts at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. IJTAD has adopted the mission of sharing research and review articles that aim to make qualified contributions to the fields of art and design with the scientific and artistic world in electronic format. The journal covers various disciplines such as painting, sculpture, ceramics, graphic design, textile and fashion design, traditional arts, music, performing arts, photography, cinema, and animation, as well as it also features original research articles, case studies, and compilation articles that establish interdisciplinary connections and discuss contemporary/current art topics in the fields of art history, art philosophy, and art sociology. Submissions to the journal are reviewed by expert referees in their respective fields and accepted for publication if deemed suitable. Submissions to our journal are evaluated by at least two reviewers using the blind review method within an electronic article evaluation and tracking system. Articles submitted to the journal editorial office undergo a fast, accurate and scientific peer review process and are published online if accepted. IJTAD is published twice a year in June and December.
