Prof.Dr. Michael F. Shaughnessy is currently Professor of Educational Studies at Eastern New Mexico University in Portales, New Mexico USA. His current research interests include talent development and intellectual assessment as well as the role of personality in giftedness, talent and creativity.
I graduated from the Department of Physical Education and Sports Teaching at Cumhuriyet University in 2014 and started my teaching career the same year at Konya-Karapınar İbrahim Gündüz Anatolian High School.
In 2015, I began my master’s studies at the Institute of Health Sciences at Cumhuriyet University. I completed my thesis titled “The opinions of teachers about applying the achievements of teaching programme of the subject game and physical activities at primary school” in 2018. During this period, I conducted weightlifting training with students and contributed to their athletic development.
In 2018, I was appointed to Kayseri–Yeşilhisar Kovalı Middle School. In the same year, I became a member of the Education Board of the Turkish Weightlifting Federation, where I continue to serve as an instructor in training programs for coaches and athletes.
I started my PhD studies at the Institute of Social Sciences, Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University, in 2018 and completed my doctoral dissertation titled “Investigation of secondary school student's value perceptions and attitudes regarding to physical education and sports lesson” in 2022. My academic work has focused on physical education, values education, and fair play.
Since 2021, I have been working at Aksaray–Eskil 75th Year Anatolian High School. In 2023, I implemented the project “Living My Values Through Traditional Games” to support children’s physical and social development.
My research interests include physical education, values education, fair play, and traditional games.
Hasan Tinmaz completed his undergraduate studies at Middle East Technical University (Ankara, Turkiye) in the Faculty of Education, Computer Education Department in 2001, he graduated from the same university's Graduate Program in Curriculum and Instruction in 2004. Having completed his doctoral studies with his thesis on the uses, gratification and integration of social media in Middle East Technical University, Computer Education and Instructional Technologies program, he still works as an Assist. Professor in AI & Big Data department of Endicott College of International Studies, Woosong University (Daejeon, South Korea). His research areas are social media, educational technology, curriculum and instruction design, technology management, psychological and sociological issues in technology, technology planning, Industry 4.0, Artificial Intelligence and Metaverse.

ERDOĞAN completed her master's degree in Mathematics Education at Eskişehir Osmangazi University in 2007, and her doctorate degree in Mathematics Education at Marmara University in 2013. Since 2017, Dr. Erdoğan has been working as a faculty member at Fırat University, Faculty of Education, Mathematics Education Department. Her scientific and research interests include collaborative learning, metacognition, inclusive mathematics education, higher-order thinking skills, problem-solving, and problem-posing.
Associate Professor PhD, Mojca Kukanja Gabrijelčič, Director of Center of Giftedness and Creativity, University of Primorska, Faculty of Education. In the field of research, she is mainly concerned with the development of didactics; studies the design of curricula and teaching materials for the social sciences and alternative didactic strategies for teaching in higher education. In addition to didactics, her longterm research is directed towards gifted and talented students, finding (identifying) gifted students in primary school, in history classes and discovering gifted children in preschool, developing didactic strategies for working with the gifted and talent children. Her important contribution in the field of gifted education is mainly in the measurement tool, as she was the first in Slovenia to create an assessment scale for discovering gifted students in history and also for gifted preschoolers. Albert Ziegler, PhD, is Chair Professor of Educational Psychology and Research on Excellence at the University of Erlangen Nuremberg, Germany. He is the Founding Director of the Statewide Counseling and Research Center for the Gifted. He has published approximately 400 books, chapters and articles in the fields of talent development and educational psychology. He developed the Actiotope Model of Giftedness, which promotes a systemic conception of giftedness. In his research, his main interests are learning resources and effective learning environments, self-regulated learning, mentoring, and gifted identification. Presently, he serves as the Vice President of the European Council for High Ability (ECHA), and as Chairman of the European Talent Support Network (ETSN). In 2017, he was appointed Director of the World Giftedness Center in Dubai.
