Ethical Committee Permission Certificate

As of 2020, the TR Index (TR Dizin) journal evaluation criteria have been updated, and the requirements related to ethics committee approval—particularly for scientific studies involving human participants or vulnerable groups—have been further detailed. Accordingly, the submission of an Ethics Committee Approval Document is mandatory for all manuscripts submitted to Milli Eğitim journal.

The procedures and criteria regarding ethics committee approval are determined by TR Dizin, and journals or editors hold no discretionary authority over these requirements. Authors are expected to comply fully with the relevant regulations.

Detailed information regarding studies that require or do not require ethics committee approval is provided on the official TR Dizin website. Authors are strongly encouraged to review these guidelines before submission.

Authors who wish to obtain information about ethics committee approval or who have questions regarding the process must directly contact TR Dizin.

Information regarding the ethics approval status and the Ethics Committee Approval Document must be stated clearly and verifiably in the Methods section of the manuscript. This includes the name of the ethics committee, the approval date, the approval/reference number, and a formal statement confirming that informed consent was obtained from all participants.

Manuscripts lacking an uploaded Ethics Committee Approval Document or failing to provide explicit ethics approval information within the manuscript will not be considered for evaluation.
