Amaç ve Kapsam
El-Cezeri Fen ve Mühendislik Dergisi (ECJSE) 2014 yılında yayın hayatına başlamış, Fen ve Mühendislik konularını kapsayan bir araştırma dergisidir. ECJSE Kimya, Fen ve Fizik Bilim dallarında olmak üzere İnşaat, Kimya, Mekanik, Elektrik Mekatronik, Gemi İnşaatı ve Gemi Makineleri Mühendisliği, Bilgisayar Bilimi ve Mühendisliği gibi Mühendislik dallarında belirli bir konu üzerinde titiz ve özgün katkıları bulunan konuları ve bir Tema üzerine yazılmış yazıları yılda üç kez yayınlar.
El-Cezeri Science and Engineering Journal (ECJSE) is a research journal that started its publication life in 2014 and covers Science and Engineering subjects. ECJSE publishes subjects that have meticulous and original contributions on a specific subject and articles written on a Theme three times a year in the fields of Chemistry, Science and Physics, but also in the Engineering disciplines such as Civil, Chemistry, Mechanical, Electrical Mechatronics, Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering.
Yazılar Türkçe ve/veya İngilizce olarak sunulmalıdır. Yazar(lar) tarafından başka bir yerde herhangi bir biçimde yayınlanmadığı ve etik kaygılar taşımadıklarına dair taahhüt ettikleri tüm yazılar dergide yayınlanmak üzere hakem görüşüne başvurulur. Yazar(lar) sunulan bilgilerin gereksiz olmadığını ve genel etik kurallar çerçevesinde olduğunu taahhüt ederler. Makale, benzerlik raporu, telif hakkı formu makale ile birlikte yüklenmelidir.
Articles should be submitted in Turkish or English.All manuscripts committed by the authors that they have not been published elsewhere and that they do not have ethical concerns are referred to the referee to be published in the journal.. The authors undertake that the information provided is not unnecessary and is within the framework of general ethical rules. El-Cezeri Fen ve Mühendislik Dergisi (ECJSE) 2014 yılında yayın hayatına başlamış, Fen ve Mühendislik konularını kapsayan bir araştırma dergisidir. Fen ve Mühendislik alanlarında çalışan bilim insanları arasındaki bilimsel iletişimi oluşturmak amacıyla, bilimsel özgün makaleleri dergi websitesi üzerinden (http://dergipark.ulakbim.gov.tr/ecjse) Türkçe veya İngilizce olarak kabul etmektedir.
Yazarlardan makalelerin yayınlanması için herhangi bir ücret talep edilmez. Ayrıca makaleler açık erişimlidir.
El-Cezeri Fen ve Mühendislik Dergisi bilimsel özgün makaleleri aşağıdaki başlıklar altında yayınlamaktadır.
Araştırma Makalesi: Orijinal bir araştırmayı bulgu ve sonuçlarıyla yansıtan çalışmalardır.
Tarama (Derleme) Makalesi: Yeterli sayıda bilimsel makaleyi tarayıp, konuyu günümüzün bilgi ve teknoloji düzeyinde özetleyen, değerlendirme yapan ve bu bulguları karşılaştırarak yorumlayan yazılardır.
Teknik Not: Yapılan bir araştırmanın önemli bulgularını açıklayan yeni bir yöntem veya teknik tanımlayan yazılardır.
Her makale en az iki hakeme gönderilerek şekil ve içerik bakımından değerlendirme aşaması gerçekleştirilir. Hakemlik sürecinde tek kör hakemlik yöntemi kullanılmaktadır. Dergide yayınlanabilecek nitelikte olduğu belirlenen makalelerin dizgisi yapılarak yayına hazır hale getirilir.
SUNUŞ
1. METİN : Times New Roman yazı karakterinde ve 12 pt olacak şekilde yazılmalı, kaynaklar ve şekiller dahil tarama yazıları dışında 20 sayfayı geçmemelidir. Yazarlar makalelerinin ne türde bir yazı olduğunu (Araştırma Makalesi, Tarama Makalesi, Teknik Not) belirtmelidirler.
2. BAŞLIK : Eserin başlığı, ilk harfleri büyük olacak şekilde Times New Roman 14 puntoda yazılmalı, başlık metne uygun, kısa ve açık olmalıdır.
Metin içerisindeki 1. derece başlıkların tamamı ilk harfi büyük, 2. derece başlıkların ise tüm kelimelerinin ilk harfleri büyük harfle ve italik olacak şekilde, 3. ve daha alt başlıklar için başlığın yalnızca ilk kelimesi büyük harfle olacak şekilde ve italik yazılmalıdır.
3. ÖZET : 200 kelimeyi geçmeyecek şekilde Türkçe ve İngilizce yazılmalıdır. İngilizce özetin başına eserin başlığı da ingilizce olarak yazılmalıdır. İngilizce olarak yazılan makalelerde ise Türkçe başlık ve özet de yazılmalıdır. (Ayrıca Türkçe makaleler için giriş kısmından önce 750 kelimeyi aşmayacak şekilde extended summary bölümü eklenmelidir).
5. ANAHTAR KELİMELER : En az 3 en fazla 5 adet Türkçe/ İngilizce olarak verilmelidir.
6. METİN : Genel olarak giriş, yöntem, bulgular ve tartışma, sonuçlara ilişkin kısımları kapsar.
7. KAYNAKLAR : Metinde parantez içerisindeki [1], [2] vb. rakamlarla numaralandırılmalı ve metin sonunda da eser içinde veriliş sırasına göre yazılmalıdır.
Kaynak bir makale ise: Yazarın soyadı adının baş harfi, tırnak içerisinde makalenin tam başlığı, derginin adı (varsa uluslararası kısaltmaları), yıl, cilt no(sayı): makalenin başlangıç ve bitiş sayfa no.
Örnek: Uygunoğlu T., Şaşmaz S., Oduncuoğlu M., ''Effect of aggregate type on properties of hardened self-consolidating lightweight concrete (SCLC), Construction and Building Materials, 2010, 24 (7): 1286-1295.
Kaynak bir kitap ise: Yazarın soyadı adının başharfi, tırnak içerisinde kitabın adı, cilt no, varsa editörü, yayınevinin adı, yayın no, yayınlandığı yer, (yıl).
Kaynak kitaptan bir bölüm ise: Bölüm yazarının soyadı adının başharfi, tırnak içerisinde bölümün adı, bölümün alındığı kitabın adı, yayınevinin adı, yayınlandığı yer, (yıl).
Kaynak basılmış tez ise: Yazarın soyadı adının baş harfi, tırnak içerisinde tezin adı, cinsi (yüksek lisans, doktora), sunulduğu üniversite ve enstitüsü, (yıl).
Kaynak kongreden alınmış tebliğ ise: Yazarın soyadı adının baş harfi, tırnak içerisinde tebliğin adı, kongrenin adı, yapıldığı yer, tebliğin başlangıç ve bitiş sayfa no, (yıl).
Kaynak bir standard ise: Standardın numarası, tırnak içerisinde standardın adı, (yıl).
8. ÇİZELGE VE ŞEKİLLER: Çizelge içermeyen bütün görüntüler (fotoğraf, çizim, diyagram, grafik, harita vs.) şekil olarak isimlendirilmelidir. Her bir çizelge ve şekil, metin içinde atıf yapılan en yakın yere yerleştirilmelidir. Bütün şekiller metin içinde ardışık olarak numaralandırılmalıdır.
9. FORMÜLLER VE BİRİMLER: Metin içerisindeki tüm formüller equation formatında yazılmalıdır. Formüllere (1), (2) şeklinde sıra numarası verilmelidir. Tüm birimler SI birim sisteminde olmalıdır.
10. SİMGELER VE KISALTMALAR : Metin sonunda kaynaklardan önce verilebilir.
11. TEŞEKKÜR : Eğer kişi veya kurumlara teşekkür yapılacaksa bu kısımda yazılmalı ve kaynaklardan önce verilmelidir.

Makale gönderilmesi adımları içerisinde Editöre Mektup kısmına makale konusuyla ilgili en az 3 hakemin Adı, Soyadı ve e-mail adresini de içeren iletişim bilgileri yazıl
malıdır. Önerilen hakemler, yazar(lar)ın bulunduğu kurumlardan farklı olmalıdır.

Metin tek satır aralıklı, 12 punto ile yazılmış, altını çizme yerine italik kullanılmış (URL adresleri hariç) ve tüm şekil, resim ve tablolar sayfa sonu yerine metin içinde uygun kısımlara yerleştirilmiştir. Baskı için, resimlerin kaliteli kopyalarını ek dosya olarak gönderiniz. Gönderilen dosyanın boyutu çok fazla ise, sistem almayabilir. Böyle durumlarda yazıyı bölüp, diğer bölümleri ek dosya olarak tek tek gönderebilirsiniz.
Metin, "Dergi Hakkında" kısmındaki Yazar Rehberi'nde belirtilen biçimsel ve bibliyografik gerekliliklere uygun olarak hazırlanmıştır.
Hakem incelemesinden geçen yazıların yayınlandığı bir dergi bölümüne makale gönderilirken, Kör Hakemlik linkinde verilen talimatlar uygulanır.
Author Guideline
Each article is sent to at least two referees and the evaluation phase is carried out in terms of form and content. The single-blind refereeing method is used in the refereeing process. Articles determined to be published in the journal are stringed and made ready for publication.
Checklist
- The submitted article has not been published before and has not been submitted to any journal for evaluation (or a statement has been made in the Notes to the Editor).
- The post file is in the form of an OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF or WordPerfect document file
- URLs for references are provided where available
- The text is single-spaced, written in 12 pt. Italic instead of underlining (except for URL addresses), and all figures, pictures and tables are placed in appropriate parts of the text instead of page breaks. For printing, send quality copies of the pictures as attachments. If the size of the file sent is too large, the system may not receive it. In such cases, you can divide the article and send the other sections one by one as additional files.
- The text has been prepared in accordance with the formal and bibliographic requirements specified in the Author's Guide in the "About the Journal" section.
- When submitting an article to a journal section where the articles that pass the referee review are published, the instructions given in the Blind Referee link are applied.
El-Cezeri Science and Engineering Journal (ECJSE) is a research journal that started its publication life in 2014 and covers Science and Engineering subjects. In order to establish scientific communication between scientists working in the fields of Science and Engineering, it accepts scientific original articles in Turkish or English on the journal website (https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/pub/ecjse).
No fee is charged from the authors for the publication of the articles. In addition, articles are open access.
El-Cezeri Science and Engineering Journal publishes scientific original articles under the following headings.
Research Article: These are studies that reflect an original research with its findings and results.
Screening (Review) Articles: These are articles that scan a sufficient number of scientific articles, summarize the subject at the level of today's knowledge and technology, evaluate and compare these findings.
Technical Note: Manuscripts describing a new method or technique describing the important findings of a study.
INTRODUCTION
1. TEXT: It should be written in Times New Roman font and 12 pt, and should not exceed 20 pages, excluding the scan text, including references and figures.. Authors should indicate what type of manuscript their article is (Research Article, Screening Article, Technical Note)..
2. HOOD : The title of the work should be written in 14 pt Times New Roman with the first letters capitalized, the title should be short and clear in accordance with the text.. All of the first degree titles in the text should be written in italics, with the first letter capitalized, and the first letters of all the words of the second degree titles in uppercase and italic, for 3rd and lower titles, only the first word of the title should be capitalized and italic.

PRESENTATION
1. TEXT : It should be written in Times New Roman font, 12 pt, and should not exceed 20 pages, excluding references and figures. Authors should indicate what type of manuscript their article is (Research Article, Review Article, Technical Note).

All of the first-degree titles in the text should be written in italics, with the first letter capitalized, and the first letters of all the words of the second-degree titles in capital letters and italic, and for third and lower titles, only the first word of the title should be capitalized.
3. SUMMARY :
It should be written in Turkish and English, not exceeding 200 words. The title of the work should also be written in English at the beginning of the English abstract.. In the articles written in English, Turkish title and summary should also be written.
5. KEYWORDS : It should be given at least 3 and at most 5 in Turkish / English.
6. TEXT : Generally includes the introduction, method, findings and discussion, conclusions..
7. Referees : In the text, [1], [2] and so on. should be numbered with numbers and should be written at the end of the text in the order in which they are given in the work.
If the source is an article: Initial letter of the author's surname, the full title of the article in quotation marks, the name of the journal (international abbreviations, if any), year, volume number (number): beginning and ending page number of the article.

If the source is a book: Initial letter of the name of the author's surname, the name of the book in quotation marks, volume number, if any, editor, name of the publisher, publication number, place of publication, (year).
If it is a chapter from the source book: The surname of the author of the chapter, the initial of the name, the name of the chapter in quotation marks, the name of the book from which the chapter is taken, the name of the publisher, the place where it was published, (year).
If the source is a published thesis: Author's surname, first letter of the name, name of the thesis in quotation marks, type (graduate, doctorate), university and institute where it was presented, (year).
If the source is a paper from the congress: The author's surname, the initial letter of the name, the name of the paper in quotation marks, the name of the congress, the place where it was made, the beginning and ending page number of the paper, (year).
If the resource is a standard: The number of the standard, the name of the standard in quotation marks, (year).
8. TABLES AND FIGURES: All images that do not contain charts (photographs, drawings, diagrams, graphs, maps, etc.) should be named as figures.. Each chart and figure should be placed in the closest cited place in the text. All figures should be numbered consecutively in the text.
9. FORMULAS AND UNITS: All formulas in the text should be written in equation format. The formulas should be given a sequence number in the form of (1), (2). All units must be in the SI unit system. 10. ICONS

11. THANK : If people or institutions are to be thanked, they should be written in this section and given before the references.
APPLICATION
Scientific original articles to be published in the Journal of Science and Engineering of El-Cezeri must be submitted online after registration through the journal's web page (https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/pub/ecjse).
(EN_Template) (TR_Örnek Makale) for the sample article.
Within the steps of submitting the article, contact information including the name, surname and e-mail address of at least 5 referees related to the subject of the article should be written in the Letter to the Editor section. The proposed referees should be different from the institutions where the author (s) are located.
During the application process, authors must check the compliance of their submissions with all the items in the list below, applications that do not comply with this guideline will be returned to the authors.
Etik İlkeler ve Yayın Politikası
1. El-Cezeri Science and Engineering Journal is a scientific research journal established in 2014. Our journal is a national and international peer-reviewed-indexed journal on engineering sciences and design, which is regularly published in January, May and September three times a year.
2. Scientific articles in the original research category, written in Turkish or English, are published in our journal. The articles in this category; The information produced is expected to have qualities such as being new, suggesting a new method or adding a new dimension to previously existing knowledge.
3. Our journal also includes publications such as case reports, questionnaires and reviews.
4. Original research articles written in English language have priority to be published.
5. Articles submitted for publication are evaluated by national and / or international referees. The final decision about the article is made by the editors.
6. The names of the referees who evaluate the articles are not notified to the authors (blind peer review). It is left to the author's preference for the referees to evaluate the articles without seeing the author's names (double-blind peer review). Authors who want to use this preference should upload their articles to the system by deleting their name and address lines.
7. It is expected that the articles sent to the referees will be evaluated within 15 days. If this period is exceeded, the editors appoint a new referee and withdraw the request from the former referee.
8. The decision to accept-reject the article is made by the editors. In line with the recommendations of the referees, a major (re-submit for evaluation) or minor (revision required) revision decision is made to improve the articles that are not deemed sufficient. Articles that do not reach the desired level and are not considered scientifically sufficient are rejected.
9. After the "resubmit for review" or "revision required" decision about the article, the necessary changes are expected to be made by the author within 40 days for the "resubmit for review" decision, and within 20 days for the "revision required" decision. Otherwise, the article will be rejected.
10. It is mandatory that the articles sent for publication should not be published anywhere or sent to any journal for publication.
11. All responsibility of the articles belongs to the respective authors. Articles should be prepared in accordance with internationally accepted scientific ethical rules. Where necessary, a copy of the Ethics Committee Report should be attached.
12.All articles submitted for publication in our journal will be scanned with the iThenticate: Plagiarism Detection Software package program and a similarity report will be created for each article before being submitted for editor approval as of January 1, 2018. After the similarity report is checked by the journal editors, a correction will be requested from the author for articles with a result of more than 30%, excluding references. If the necessary correction is not made within 20 days, the article will be rejected. If the similarity rate is too high, the article is rejected before it is evaluated.
13. The copyrights of the articles accepted to be published in our journal are deemed to have been transferred to the journal.
14. Articles submitted for publication in our journal should be prepared according to the journal article writing format.
15. Conflict of Interest statement is requested by the authors, if any, at the application stage. Note that no Conflict of Interest has been declared even if the relevant notification is not specified, is added to the article at the typesetting stage.
16.Articles submitted for evaluation should be prepared according to the journal article writing format and there is no limit to the number of pages. The abstract of the article should contain at least 100 words, and the number of keywords should be at least 3 and at most 6.
17. No evaluation or application fee is charged for articles submitted to the El-Cezeri Science and Engineering Journal.
18. For the articles accepted for publication, the relevant author is given 30 days for "page editing" and 10 days for "proofreading". Articles of relevant authors who do not return within these periods will be rejected.
