The Role Of Organizational Mindfulness In The Impact Of Digital Maturity On Organizational Healing
Öz
Digital transformation has become a critical aspect for today's organizations and a significant factor reshaping business processes. This transformation is not limited to the adoption of technology but also affects organizations' strategic orientations, ways of doing business, and cultures. Organizations with a high level of organizational mindfulness can adapt to digital transformation and recovery processes more quickly and direct these processes strategically. Addressing these three elements together helps organizations become more resilient to crises and adapt more quickly to environmental changes. The sample size was 396 participants who work private sector in small city of Turkey. The mediation effect was examined using Hayes' PROCESS macro with data collected from 396 participants. This analytical approach enabled the testing of indirect effects through bootstrapping procedures, which provide robust estimates of mediation by generating confidence intervals without relying on normality assumptions. Results show that digital maturity directly increases organizational healing behavior and organizational mindfulness mediates the relationship between digital maturity and organizational healing. The study findings and recommendations for future research are discussed at the end of the text.
