About

The Journal of Turkish Court of Accounts (TCA Journal) first began to be published in in 1924 under the name of “Divan-ı Muhasebat Mecmuası (Journal of the Court of Accounts)”. In its first publication period until 1938, it assumed a limited function in publishing the TCA’s decisions. Its publication was resumed in 1990, and its content was enriched. The aim was to transform the journal directly or indirectly into an important professional and scientific resource in a wide area related to the audit and judicial functions of the TCA.
The TCA Journal is published quarterly by the TCA, in March, June, September, and December. All expenses for the journal are covered by the TCA. It is an open-access, peer-reviewed, international, scientific journal that is scanned in various indexes, particularly EBSCOhost, ERIH PLUS, and TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM TR Index.
