I was born in 1972 in Diyarbakır/Kulp/Malabazi. I completed primary and secondary school in Kulp district and high school in Diyarbakır. I completed my undergraduate studies at Dicle University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Mathematics in 1988-1993, master's degree at Harran University, Department of Mathematics in 1993-1995, doctorate studies at Harran and Gazi Universities in 1995-1998. I worked as a Research Assistant at Harran University Institute of Science and Technology in 1994-1995, as a Lecturer at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences in 1995-1998, as a Lecturer in 1998-2008, as an Assistant Professor in 2008-2009. I worked as Hospital Information Management Systems Manager at the Research and Application Hospital in 2001-2009. In 2009-2018, I worked as Asst. Prof. Dr. in Dicle University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Biostatistics. I worked as Quality Consultant to the Chief Physician of Dicle University Hospital in 2009-2016, Project Unit Responsible in 2014-2018, Assistant Chief Physician between 2016-2020, Hospital Quality Director between 2016-2022. Biostatistics & Biometry, Statistical Software, Satisfaction Surveys, Medical Informatics, Strategic Management, Quality, Accreditation, Innovation, EU Projects, Civil Society and Senior Management Consultancy are my research interests. I am a member of the Biostatistics Association. I am the founder and President of the International GAP Health Tourism Association. I am married and have four children
