Bio
He has been working at Istanbul Ticaret University since 2004 and continues to serve as an associate professor in the Department of Business Administration, he is also the Director of International Relations. He graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration. He completed his master's degree from Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, and his doctorate in the same department with his thesis named Auditing SME’s in Accordance with ISA’s and a Research on Potential Challenges in Turkey Case in 2012. He works in the fields of auditing, international auditing standards, professional accounting ethics, fraud and internal control. He became an associate professor in 2020. Biçer, who is a Certified Public Accountant and Independent Auditor, is a member of the Board of the Expert Accountants’ Association of Turkey (TMUD). He is a member of the Board of Directors of Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey (DEİK) Higher Education Business Council and Vice Chairman of the Education Services Committee of the Service Exporters’ Association (HIB).
