I have an PhD degree regarding to the Study of Border Security Administration with regard to Afghan Irregular Migration: Van Province Case plus 12 years of professional experience in the fields of law enforcement as to strategic planning, implementation, monitoring & evaluation, reporting, cooperation in the field of migration and refugees, stakeholder relationships, conducting research, coordinating activities, and humanitarian work all around Turkey. I also have three years experience of managing Afghan irregular migration and border security in Van province which is in the eastern border with Iran and two years experience of border security in Hakkari which is in the eastern border with Iraq.

I have contributed/undertaken a number of research projects individually as well as a member of a team. My most recent article was an assessment of borders conceptualization titled as The Examination and Classification of Conceptual Framework of Borders. I have experience of working with irregular migration and am aware of the challenges and opportunities related to migration management in Türkiye. I have the capacity and experience of providing policy advice and technical assistance to high level officials. As a senior captain, I have been involved in the process of developing strategic plans and conceptualizing projects and operations in accordance with the overall strategic objectives of the organizations and assuring effective implementation by facilitating coordination of activities and cooperation of the parties involved. Furthermore, I have the capacity to effectively negotiate with the officials, social partners and counterparts in the relevant areas.
