Open Access Policy

The International Journal of Agriculture, Environment and Food Sciences (JAEFS) adopted the policy of providing open access with publications. All publications in the International Journal of Agriculture, Environment and Food Sciences are free available on the public internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself.

The International Journal of Agriculture, Environment and Food Sciences is an open-access journal, which is means that all content is freely available to users and their institutions. Users may read, download, copy, search, or provide links to the full text of papers in this journal without permission from the publisher or the authors and except for commercial purposes. They can also rearrange them, provided that the original work is properly cited.

Open Access— free for readers, with Editorial Processing Charges (EPC) paid by authors or their institutions.

The International Journal of Agriculture, Environment and Food Sciences is published within the Open Access model. However, Open access publishing is not without costs. As we do not sell online subscriptions, all articles are subjected to an Editorial Processing Charge (EPC). Therefore, author/s pay a one-time EPC to cover the costs of peer review administration and management, professional production of articles in pdf and other formats, and dissemination of published papers in various venues, in addition to other publishing functions. 


The International Journal of Agriculture, Environment and Food Sciences is an open access publication, and the journal’s publication model is based on Budapest Access Initiative (BOAI) declaration.

Authors retain the copyright of their published work in the International Journal of Agriculture, Environment and Food Sciences.

The journal’s content is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) 4.0 International License which permits third parties to share and adapt the content for non-commercial purposes by giving the appropriate credit to the original work.
