The acceptance of manuscripts for our 2026 April issue (31) has been suspended due to the high volume of submissions.

Our journal, which started its publication life as Journal of Divinity Faculty of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University (e-ISSN: 2147-2823) in 2012, has published 22 issues between June 2012 and December 2022 in 6-month periods. Our journal continues to be published under the name of Rize Theology Journal (e-ISSN: 2980-0331) since 2023. In addition to the name change, the publication dates of the journal have been changed as 20 April and 20 October as of the 23rd issue. Article acceptance dates are December 1 to December 31 for the April issue; and it is May 15 to June 15 for the October issue. Manuscript submissions may be closed prior to the announced deadlines once the required number of articles has been reached. Late article submissions are not accepted. Rize Theology Journal, which is an open access, peer-reviewed academic journal, accepts publications in Turkish, English and Arabic languages.
