All published articles are freely available online through our journal archive, with no subscription or paywall barriers.

Editorial Processing Charge (EPC)
An Editorial Processing Charge (EPC) is applied to each submitted manuscript and must be paid before the peer review process begins.
 This fee covers administrative and operational costs incurred during the pre-evaluation and editorial stages, and includes all applicable taxes.
- Payment of the EPC does not guarantee acceptance or publication.
- The EPC is non-refundable, even if the manuscript is rejected after peer review.

What Does the EPC Cover?
The EPC supports the following editorial services:
- Initial Screening: Technical, ethical, and formatting compliance
- Editorial Coordination: Peer review management and communication
- Article Production: Typesetting and layout for online and PDF formats
- Proofreading: Author-editor coordination during finalization
- Quality Control: Editorial integrity and final checks
- Dissemination & Indexing: Ensuring wide reach and discoverability
- Technical Infrastructure: Submission and tracking system maintenance

Waiver Policy
Authors affiliated with institutions in low- and lower-middle-income countries listed below are eligible for a 100% EPC waiver.

Waivers are applied automatically based on the corresponding author's country of affiliation:
