Licenses and Copyright Policy
Authors with journal publications retain restriction copyright licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International license (CC BY-NC 4.0) and grant the Publisher a non-exclusive commercial right to publish it. The CC BY-NC 4.0 license permits unrestricted, non-commercial, distribution and reproduction in any medium and format, with proper referral to the original work.
Authors who submit articles to our journal read the following copyright policies and sign the Copyright agreement form while uploading their work to the online system of our journal. 

Author(s);
a) The submitted article is the original work of the author(s);
b) All authors have participated in this work individually and have taken all responsibility for the work;
c) All authors have seen and approved the final version of the submitted article;
d) The article has not been published elsewhere or sent for publication;
e) The text, illustrations, and any other materials included in the manuscript do not infringe upon any existing copyright or other rights of anyone;
f) The Contributor(s) or, if applicable the Contributor’s Employer, retain(s) all proprietary rights in addition to copyright, patent rights;
g) Guarantees that the article contains no libelous or unlawful statements, and does not contain material or instructions that might cause harm or injury;
h)JIER and its Editors undertakes that all responsibility belongs to the authors in case of claims or lawsuits filed by third parties due to copyright infringement in the article;
I) As the author agrees to publish the article under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BYNC 4.0) license, which allows unrestricted, non-commercial use, distribution and reproduction in any medium and format, provided that the original work is properly cited.
