Only manuscripts prepared in accordance with the journal’s formatting template are considered for review. Submissions that do not comply with the template will be returned to the author(s) during the preliminary evaluation stage for necessary revisions.

2. Article Title and Author Information
• Title: 
o Must be fully capitalized, bold, 12 pt, and centered.
• Author Information: 
o Should not be included until the article is accepted.
o First name’s initial letter is capitalized, surname is fully capitalized (e.g., Ahmet YILMAZ).
o Must be 11 pt and centered.
3. Abstract and Keywords
• Abstract: 
o Should be between 100-300 words.
o Written as a single paragraph, justified.
o Font size: 9 pt, single line spacing.
• Keywords: 
o Must include 3-5 keywords.

4. Manuscript Sections and Formatting
The manuscript should follow the IMRAD (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion) structure.
4.1. Introduction
• Heading format: 
o First-level headings: All uppercase, bold, 11 pt, justified.
• Content: 
o The research problem must be clearly defined.
o Relevant literature should be reviewed.
o The research methodology and key findings should be outlined.
4.2. Theoretical Framework
• The theoretical foundations of the study must be explained.
• In-text citations must comply with APA 7 format.

• The research aim must answer the questions: "What?", "How?", and "Why?"

• The sampling method used must be explicitly stated.

• Findings must be systematically presented using tables, figures, and statistics.

About the Journal of the Academic Studies Association
The Journal of Management Theory and Practices Research (JMTPR), published by the Academic Studies Association, is an international, peer-reviewed, and multidisciplinary journal dedicated to publishing academic articles on all aspects of business, economics, finance, and management sciences. Since 2020, it has been available online and published biannually to contribute to the development of social sciences research.

The Journal of Management Theory and Practices Research- JMTPR expects all stakeholders to carry the ethical responsibilities described below within the scope of publication ethics. The following ethical duties and responsibilities have been prepared in accordance with the guidelines and policies published by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) as open access.

Publication Ethics Principles
The Journal of Management Theory and Practices Research (JMTPR) is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards for all parties involved in the publication process of a peer-reviewed journal (authors, editors, reviewers, and publishers). The journal's publication ethics are based on a double-blind peer review process where reviewers and authors are unaware of each other's identities. Scientific studies are sent to at least two reviewers during the evaluation process.

I) Responsibilities of Editors
1. Accountability: The editor of JMTPR is responsible for deciding which of the submitted articles should be published and is accountable for their decisions.
2. Impartiality: The review process and publication decision are made without considering the authors' race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy.
3. Confidentiality: Editors and editorial staff must not disclose any information about submitted manuscripts to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial advisors, and the publisher.
4. Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest: Unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript must not be used in an editor's own research without the express written consent of the author. Privileged information or ideas obtained through peer review must be kept confidential and not used for personal gain. Editors should recuse themselves from handling manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest resulting from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships with any of the authors, companies, or institutions associated with the papers. All authors must disclose any relevant conflicts of interest, and corrections must be published if conflicts are discovered after publication.
5. Involvement and Cooperation in Investigations: Editors should ensure the integrity of the published record by issuing corrections and retractions when necessary and by pursuing suspected or alleged research and publication misconduct. They should take appropriate measures when ethical complaints are presented regarding a submitted or published paper, which may include contacting the author and relevant institutions and, if necessary, publishing corrections, retractions, or expressions of concern.

 II) Responsibilities of Reviewers
1.Contribution to Editorial Decisions: Peer review assists the editor in making editorial decisions and may help the author improve the paper through editorial communication.
2. Promptness: Any reviewer who feels unqualified to review the research or knows that timely review will be impossible should notify the editor and withdraw from the review process or request additional time.
3. Confidentiality: Manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents and must not be shown or discussed with others without the editor's authorization.
4. Standards of Objectivity: Reviews should be conducted objectively, and personal criticism of the author is inappropriate. Reviewers should express their views clearly with supporting arguments.
5. Acknowledgment of Sources: Reviewers should identify relevant published work not cited by the authors and inform the editor of any substantial similarity or overlap between the manuscript and any other published paper they know of.
6. Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest:Privileged information or ideas obtained through peer review must be kept confidential and not used for personal advantage. Reviewers should not review manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest resulting from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships with any of the authors, companies, or institutions associated with the papers.

 III) Responsibilities of Authors
1. Reporting Standards: Authors should present their results clearly, honestly, and without fabrication, falsification, or inappropriate data manipulation. They should describe their methods clearly and unambiguously for others to confirm their findings.
2.Originality, Plagiarism, and Acknowledgment of Sources: Authors must ensure that their work is original, not plagiarized, and has not been published elsewhere. Fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements constitute unethical behavior. Proper acknowledgment of others' work must be given.
3. Ethics:Authors should only submit works that have been conducted ethically and responsibly and comply with all relevant legislation.
4. Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose any financial or other substantive conflicts of interest that might influence the results or interpretation of their manuscript. All sources of financial support must be disclosed.
5. Authorship of the Paper: Authorship should be limited to those who have made significant contributions to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study. All significant contributors should be listed as co-authors, and all co-authors must approve the final version of the paper and agree to its submission.
6. Multiple or Concurrent Publication: Authors should not submit the same research manuscript to more than one journal concurrently. Submitting the same manuscript to multiple journals is unethical.
7. Fundamental Errors in Published Works: When authors discover significant errors in their published work, they must promptly notify the journal editor or publisher and cooperate with them to retract or correct the paper. If a third party informs the editor or publisher of a significant error, the author must retract or correct the paper or provide evidence of the correctness of the original paper.
8.Copyright Statement: The copyright of articles published in the journal belongs to the authors, while the commercial use rights belong to our journal.

Ethics Committee Permission
For research in all disciplines that require ethics committee approval, an ethics committee decision must be obtained and information regarding the decision must be stated in the manuscript text. Our journal does not evaluate studies that do not have an ethics committee decision. The approval of the committee should be indicated on the first page of the article with the name of the committee, date and number.

Research Requiring Ethics Committee Approval
All kinds of research conducted with qualitative or quantitative approaches that require data collection from participants using survey, interview, focus group study, observation, experiment, interview techniques, Use of humans and animals (including materials/data) for experimental or other scientific purposes, Clinical research on humans, Research on animals, Retrospective studies in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law.

Plagiarism Checker
Articles submitted to our journal are subjected to plagiarism screening within the framework of academic ethical rules. In this context, as a result of the similarity rate analysis performed with Turnitin or iThenticate software, the similarity rate should not exceed 20%. Studies exceeding this rate will not be evaluated and the author(s) will be requested to make the necessary corrections. In addition, authors are required to upload their plagiarism reports to the system during the manuscript submission phase. Authors are strongly advised to check the similarity reports prior to article submission.

If plagiarism is detected in an article submitted or published in our journal, our journal will act in accordance with the COPE principles (Plagiarism in a submitted manuscript - Plagiarism in a published article).

Conflicts of interest
The editor/editorial board ensures that the publication process is completed in an independent and impartial manner, taking into account conflicts of interest between the author(s), reviewers and other editors.

Correction, Retraction, Expression of Concern
If the published article contains minor errors that do not affect the findings, interpretations and conclusions, the Editors may consider publishing a correction. In the case of major errors/omissions that invalidate the findings and conclusions, the Editors should consider retracting the manuscript. Editors should consider issuing a statement of concern if there is a possibility of research or publication misconduct by the authors; if there is evidence that the findings are unreliable and that the authors' institutions have not investigated the incident; or if the potential investigation seems unfair or inconclusive. COPE principles are taken into account in relation to correction, withdrawal or expression of concern.

Protection of Intellectual Property Rights
Our journal is responsible for protecting the intellectual property rights of all published articles and the rights of the journal and the author(s) in cases where these rights are violated. In addition, our journal must take the necessary measures to prevent the content of all published articles from infringing the intellectual property rights of other publications.

Protection of Personal Information
All personal data submitted to our journal are protected in accordance with legal regulations and ethical rules.

Author Change
Only the article is processed before acceptance. Authors are required to carefully review the list and order of authors before submitting their manuscript and provide the final author list at the time of original submission.

Special Issue Publication Policy
Special issues can be published once a year in our journal in line with the decision of the Editorial Board. Articles submitted for special issues go through the same evaluation processes as the articles in our regular issues.

Use of Artificial Intelligence
The use of artificial intelligence in processes that do not affect the originality of the article, such as literature review or language control, is acceptable in studies submitted to our journal. However, the use of artificial intelligence must be carried out within the framework of ethical rules and must not be used for unethical purposes such as fabricated data or manipulation.
For studies involving the use of artificial intelligence, it is mandatory to inform our journal of this situation during the article submission stage. All responsibility regarding the use of artificial intelligence lies with the authors themselves.
