Kelly D. Bradley, Ph.D., is a distinguished professor in Educational Policy Studies and Evaluation at the University of Kentucky. Prof. Dr. Turan Paker was born in Denizli-Türkiye. He works as a Prof. Dr. in the ELT Department, Faculty of Education, Pamukkale University. He had his BA degree from Selçuk University, his MA degree from Bilkent İhsan Doğramacı University, and his Ph.D. degree from Çukurova University in the field of English Language Teaching (ELT). He teaches Approaches and Methods, ELT Methodology, Teaching Language Skills, Assessment and Evaluation in ELT, Intercultural Communication, World Englishes and Culture, Material Adaptation and Evaluation, and Curriculum Development in undergraduate, MA and Ph.D. programs. He has published book chapters and articles, and presented papers in International and National Symposiums as well as local, national and international seminars and webinars on TEFL, pre-and in-service teacher education, teaching practicum, and assessment and evaluation in ELT.
Dr. Hongwei "Patrick" Yang is an associate professor in the Department of Teaching, Leadership and Research, School of Education at the University of West Florida. His scholarship is found in quantitative methodology, psychometrics, survey research as well as in content areas including online teaching and learning, family science, human and animal medical care, among others.
I am a seasoned educator and researcher with a Ph.D. in Foreign and Second Language Education from SUNY Buffalo, supported by a prestigious Fulbright Scholarship. My research focuses on multilingualism, translanguaging, and second-language socialization. I have extensive experience teaching EFL, ESL, and Turkish as a second language across diverse educational contexts, including U.S., Turkey, and China higher education institutions. I am passionate about promoting language learning through socially just and inclusive pedagogies. I have also contributed to numerous publications in indexed journals and presented my work at international conferences.

Dr. Anıl Kandemir, Agri Ibrahim Cecen Universitesi Eğitim Bilimleri Bölümünde Dr. Öğr. Üyesi olarak çalışmaktadır. Doktorasını ODTÜ, Eğitim Bilimleri Bölümü, Eğitim Programları ve Öğretim Programından 2023 yılında "LANDSCAPING PRE-SERVICE ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHERS’ IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT: A BOURDIEUAN PERSPECTIVE (HİZMET ÖNCESİ İNGİLİZCE ÖĞRETMENLERİNİN KİMLİK GELİŞİMİNİN KONUMLANDIRILMASI: BOURDIEUCU BİR PERSPEKTİF)" başlıklı tezi ile almıştır.
Yüksek lisans derecesini 2016 yılında Pamukkale Üniversitesi, Eğitim Bilimleri Enstitüsü, Eğitim Bilimleri Anabilim Dalı, Eğitim Programları ve Öğretim alanında tamamlamıştır. Lisans derecesini ise 2012 yılında Akdeniz Üniversitesi, Eğitim Fakültesi, Yabancı Diller Eğitimi Bölümü, İngilizce Öğretmenliği programından almıştır.
Araştırma konuları arasında öğretmen eğitimi, eğitim sosyolojisi, eğitim politikası, mülteci/göçmen eğitimi, öğretmen kimliği, kurumsal habitus, program değerlendirme ve akademik inbreeding yer almaktadır.
