Dr. Kelly D. Bradley is a Professor in Educational Policy Studies and Evaluation at the University of Kentucky, recognized for her expertise in quantitative methods and measurement. She has held numerous leadership roles, including Chair of the Educational Statisticians AERA SIG and Program Chair of the AERA Rasch SIG. With over two decades of academic service, Dr. Bradley has secured over $3.8 million in research funding and published extensively. Her research spans interdisciplinary work in STEM education and social justice. Dr. Bradley is deeply committed to student mentorship and faculty development, fostering diversity, inclusion, and shared governance within her institution.

Prof. Dr. Turan Paker was born in Denizli-Türkiye. He works as a Prof. Dr. in the ELT Department, Faculty of Education, Pamukkale University. He had his BA degree from Selçuk University, his MA degree from Bilkent İhsan Doğramacı University, and his Ph.D. degree from Çukurova University in the field of English Language Teaching (ELT). He  teaches Approaches and Methods, ELT Methodology, Teaching Language Skills, Assessment and Evaluation in ELT, Intercultural Communication, World Englishes and Culture, Material Adaptation and Evaluation, and Curriculum Development in undergraduate, MA and Ph.D. programs. He has published book chapters and articles, and presented papers in International and National Symposiums as well as local, national and international seminars and webinars on TEFL, pre-and in-service teacher education, teaching practicum, and assessment and evaluation in ELT.

Nesrin Ozturk earned her B.A., minor, and M.S. degrees from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey. As a Fulbright Scholar, she completed her Ph.D. in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Maryland, College Park, USA. Her research interests include metacognition, instruction for thinking, teacher education, ethics and educational philosophy. She also serves on the editorial boards of several academic journals and conferences and contributes to professional development through workshops and in-service training programs. Driven by a commitment to fostering a democratic and just society, Dr. Ozturk is dedicated to empowering youth and nurturing intellectual freedom. She believes that self-questioning and reflective thought are essential to realizing human potential and cultivating peace—both within individuals and across communities.

Dr. Hongwei "Patrick" Yang is an associate professor in the Department of Teaching, Leadership and Research, School of Education at the University of West Florida. His scholarship is found in quantitative methodology, psychometrics, survey research as well as in content areas including online teaching and learning, family science, human and animal medical care, among others.

I am a seasoned educator and researcher with a Ph.D. in Foreign and Second Language Education from SUNY Buffalo, supported by a prestigious Fulbright Scholarship. My research focuses on multilingualism, translanguaging, and second-language socialization. I have extensive experience teaching EFL, ESL, and Turkish as a second language across diverse educational contexts, including U.S., Turkey, and China higher education institutions. I am passionate about promoting language learning through socially just and inclusive pedagogies. I have also contributed to numerous publications in indexed journals and presented my work at international conferences.

Anıl Kandemir, Ph.D., is an Assistant Prof. of Curriculum and Instruction in the Department of Educational Sciences at Agri Ibrahim Cecen University, Turkey. He holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey. He has an M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction Program from Pamukkale University and a Bachelor's degree in English Language Teaching from Akdeniz University, Turkey. His research interests include teacher education, sociology of education, educational policy, migrant/refugee education, teacher identity, academic inbreeding, institutional habitus, and program evaluation.
