Mr. SIRIN (Shirin, Şirin in Turkish) completed his primary higher education in 2003 at Marmara University Faculty of Theology. After graduation, he completed his Master's Degree in Philosophy and Religious Sciences (Psychology of Religion) at Marmara University Social Sciences Institute. In addition, he completed his second master's degree in Istanbul Commerce University, Department of Psychology, Department of Applied Psychology. Mr. Şirin completed her doctorate work titled "Integrated Religious Counseling Model with Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy Approach" in the Department of Psychology of Religion, Department of Philosophy and Religious Sciences, Sakarya University Institute of Social Sciences. Mr. ŞİRİN also completed his undergraduate education at Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration in 2013, and completed his second undergraduate education. Having received the title of associate professor in the field of Philosophy and Religious Sciences in the Psychology of Religion in 2019, Şirin is still working as the Head of the Department of Spiritual Counseling and Guidance at the Graduate Education Institute of Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University.
Many articles have been published in various journals and websites, Assoc. Dr. Turgay ŞİRİN also has two books, which were publiHed as "Personal Development Civilization, Personal Development Dynamics of Islamic Civilization (2005)" and "Ihsan Model in Spiritual Counseling (2014, 2018)" and are the first in their field. The spiritually oriented psychological counseling model named Ihsan Model developed by Şirin is also taught in some universities abroad.
