The International Journal of Agriculture, Environment and Food Sciences is an open-access, peer-reviewed scientific journal publishing original research in English. The journal is issued quarterly (March, June, September, December) and implements a double-blind peer review to ensure the integrity and quality of the scholarly record.

The journal accepts only Original Research Articles that present scientifically valid, original findings contributing to agriculture, environment, or food sciences. Review articles, case reports, or short communications are not accepted.
All submissions must be written in fluent, clear, and grammatically correct academic English. Authors whose first language is not English are strongly encouraged to seek professional language editing prior to submission.

For studies involving human or animal subjects, Ethics Committee Approval is mandatory. State approval information in the manuscript and upload the approval document during submission.

All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers.
The journal does not charge submission or APC fees. However, an Editorial Processing Charge (EPC) must be paid before peer review begins. For current fees and instructions, see the Price Policy page.
Authors retain copyright of their work. Articles are published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0), allowing unrestricted use with proper attribution.
Authors are responsible for originality, accuracy, and ethical compliance. The journal has zero tolerance for:
Violations may result in rejection or retraction, following COPE guidance.
Preprints are allowed provided that authors disclose the preprint DOI/URL at submission and in the manuscript. Submissions based on conference papers must include substantial new content and disclose prior presentation details.
If AI tools are used (e.g., for language polishing), this must be disclosed in the manuscript (e.g., “The authors used AI tools for grammar/language editing; all content was reviewed and approved by the authors”). AI tools cannot be listed as authors and are not responsible for the content.
The journal follows COPE guidance for post-publication issues, including corrections, retractions, and expressions of concern. Authors may appeal editorial decisions with a reasoned letter to the Editor-in-Chief. Complaints are handled by the editorial office transparently and without undue delay. Authors are encouraged to deposit data in recognized repositories (e.g., institutional, subject-specific, or general repositories) and cite dataset DOIs. The journal ensures long-term preservation through established archiving solutions.
