Templates and Forms

Authors submitting to the International Journal of Agriculture, Environment and Food Sciences are required to use the following official templates and submit the relevant forms during the submission process.
All templates must be completed accurately and uploaded as Supporting Files through the DergiPark submission system.

1. Manuscript Template

All manuscripts must be prepared using the official Word template. Submissions not following this format will be returned for correction before review.

2. Author Declaration (Copyright) Form

This form must be signed by all authors and uploaded at the time of submission. It confirms the originality of the work and the copyright transfer to the journal.

Authors from different institutions may sign and upload separate copies of the same form.

3. Ethics Statement and Approval Form

This form is mandatory for all studies involving human or animal subjects. Authors must upload official documentation of ethics committee approval and clearly state this within the manuscript.

4. Suggested Reviewers Form

Authors are encouraged to suggest five potential reviewers from different institutions, ensuring no conflicts of interest.

• Include reviewer’s full name, institutional affiliation, academic title, and email address.
• Reviewers should have relevant expertise in the subject area.

5. Similarity Report

A plagiarism similarity report is mandatory for all submissions. Authors must:

• Generate the report via iThenticate or İntihal.net (personal or institutional access).
• Export the report as a PDF file.
• Upload the PDF as a Supporting File during submission.

The overall similarity index must be below 24%. Manuscripts exceeding this threshold will be returned for revision before further consideration.

Important Notes

• All documents must be submitted in PDF format, except the manuscript (Word format).
• Incomplete or incorrectly formatted submissions will not proceed to peer review.
• File names should clearly indicate their content (e.g., Author_Declaration.pdf, Ethics_Form.pdf).
