Templates and Forms

Authors submitting to the International Journal of Agriculture, Environment and Food Sciences are required to use the following official templates and submit the relevant forms during the submission process. 
All templates must be completed accurately and uploaded as Supporting Files through the DergiPark submission system.

1. Manuscript Template

All manuscripts must be prepared using the official Word template. Submissions not following this format will be returned for correction before review.

2. Copyright and License Agreement

This form must be signed by all authors and uploaded at the time of submission.

Authors from different institutions may sign and upload separate copies of the same form.

3. Ethics Statement and Approval Form

This form is mandatory for all studies involving human or animal subjects. Authors must upload official documentation of ethics committee approval and clearly state this within the manuscript.

Important Notes

• All documents must be submitted in PDF format, except the manuscript (Word format).

• Incomplete or incorrectly formatted submissions will not proceed to peer review.

• File names should clearly indicate their content (e.g., Author_Declaration.pdf, Ethics_Form.pdf).

Ethical Compliance Reminder: Submission of falsified or incomplete documentation constitutes a violation of publication ethics and may result in rejection or withdrawal of the manuscript.
