Azize HASSAN Gazi Üniversitesi Mesleki Eğitim Fakültesi Turizm İşletmeciliği ve Otelcilik Eğitimi Bölümü’nden mezun oldu (1985). Yüksek lisans derecesini Gazi Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü Üretim Yönetimi ve Pazarlama Programı’ndan (1989), doktora derecesini de İstanbul Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü Turizm Programı’ndan aldı (1993). Gazi Üniversitesi Mesleki Eğitim Fakültesi Turizm İşletmeciliği ve Otelcilik Eğitimi Bölümü’nde Araştırma Görevlisi olarak çalışmaya başladı (1986). Yardımcı Doçent Dr (1994), Doçent Dr (1999) ve sonrasında ise Profesör olarak görevine devam etmektedir (2004). Halen Gazi Üniversitesi’nin bölünmesi ile Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli Üniversitesi, Turizm Fakültesi, Turizm İşletmeciliği Bölümü’nde Profesör olarak görev yapmaktadır (2018-devam ediyor). Temel çalışma alanları, turizm işletmelerinde pazarlama ağırlıklı olmak üzere, dijital pazarlama, sosyal medya pazarlaması.
Güney Çetin Gürkan is a professor of Management and Strategy at the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management in Trakya University. She holds a Bachelors degree in Tourism Management from Dokuz Eylül University (1999), a Masters degree from Trakya University (2006) and a PhD in Management and Organization from Istanbul University (2012). Her research focuses on innovation, digital transformation, and contemporary management techniques in the tourism industry. Dr. Gürkan has published extensively on these topics and teaches various courses, including digitalization and technology in the tourism sector, human resources management, organizational behavior at both undergraduate and graduate levels.

Professor Şevki Ulema (Ph.D.) completed his undergraduate studies at Çukurova University, his master’s degree at Aydın Adnan Menderes University, and his Ph.D. at Erciyes University. He is currently a faculty member in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at the Faculty of Tourism, Sakarya University of Applied Sciences. His academic work focuses on the fields of tourism and gastronomy, with particular emphasis on gastronomy tourism, tourism marketing, and food and beverage marketing.
Şule Tuzlukaya is a Professor of Business Administration at Atılım University and Head of the Graduate School of Social Sciences. Her research focuses on organization theory, strategic management, and organizational networks, with a growing emphasis on innovative approaches in management education. Her recent work explores how experiential learning, digital tools, and collaborative learning models enhance critical thinking, engagement, and performance in management education. She has published widely in international journals and edited volumes and actively contributes to global academic communities through research, teaching innovation, and doctoral supervision.
