Istanbul Education Journal (ISTJ), published by the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of National Education, is offered to readers biannually (June and December) on the DergiPark platform and in printed copies.
The journal's publication languages are Turkish and English. ISTJ, an open-access and peer-reviewed academic journal, aims to be a journal option indexed in national and international reputable directories where teachers, school administrators, and researchers conducting academic studies in the field of educational sciences can publish their original, up-to-date studies that can contribute to the field and to examine, evaluate, and discuss the findings obtained from these studies with all relevant partners and institutions.
ISTJ prioritizes data-based academic research that can increase school-family-faculty communication and collaboration in multiple ways, has high field applicability and impact potential, and can serve as a good example.
ISTJ uses a double-blind peer review, where authors and reviewers do not know each other's identities.
Articles accepted by ISTJ are published sequentially according to acceptance dates, with equal distribution of different subtopics in the current issue.
