İbrahim H. KAYRAL, Assoc. Prof. Dr.
He is a graduate of Hacettepe University Faculty of Economics (Eng) Department. He completed his MBA in Production Management and Marketing at Gazi University in 2007 and PhD with his work on perceived service quality in health enterprises in the Department of Business Administration at the same university.

After graduating, he worked on training and consultancy services in World Bank and KOSGEB supported Youth Entrepreneurship Development Projects and Small-Scale Business Consultancy Support Projects. He was appointed as Associate Professor at İzmir Bakırçay University at Faculty of Health Sciences, Healthcare Management in 2021. He carried out studies on strategic management in the public sector and later on performance-based payment systems, corporate performance and executive performance in the Strategy Development Department of the Ministry of Health. Within the scope of the IAP signed with ISQua in the Department of Quality and Accreditation in Health, he carried out studies to ensure the coordination between the Ministry of Health and ISQua and to establish the infrastructure for accreditation in health in Türkiye.

Kayral, who is Deputy Secretary General of Health Institutes of Türkiye (TÜSEB) and has been working at Türkiye Healthcare Quality and Accreditation Institute (TÜSKA) since 2015, also continuous to associate at İzmir Bakırçay University, Department of Health Management.

Kayral, who is an invited speaker and carries out studies in many different countries with his many books, book chapters, articles and papers published nationally and internationally, is an Honorary Member of the International Accreditation Commission Confederation - CIAC Global Advisory Board and a member of the Higher Education Quality Board (YÖKAK).

He gives lectures in the fields of business administration, health tourism, management, quality and accreditation, patient and employee safety, business and strategic management, organizational behavior, and behavioral sciences.
