Yahya Can Dura has completed bachelor education in the field of public finance. He has recieved master's and doctor's degree in the discipline of economics. Finally, he has achivement phd on institutional economics. Yahya Can Dura has academic studies in the fields of planning, local administration financing, institutational economics, economic growth, exports, project planning, public enterprises, development agencies and public administration.
Over the 16 years of proffesional experience as planning expert in the field of investment/project planning and strategic planning. Carried out the preparation of the strategic plans of the Ministry of Interior (2010-2014, 2015-2019, 2019-2023). Took part in the preparation and execution of the TULIP Project. Provided training on strategic planning, investment planning, project planning and perormance budgeting, funding sources for local administration.
