She completed her undergraduate (2010), master's degree (2012) and doctorate (2016) at Marmara University, Department of Science Education. In 2023, she received the title of associate professor in the field of Science Education. Since 2011, she has been working as a Science Teacher at Ministry of National Education. In 2018-2023, she worked as the Design and Skill Workshops Coordinator at Istanbul Provincial Directorate of National Education. She currently works as a Science Teacher for Bakırköy Science and Art Center. She lectures undergraduate courses at Maltepe University and Istanbul Medipol University. The researcher, who has various national and international articles, conference papers, book chapters, and project studies, is the author of "Design at the Intersection of Science and Art: Implications for STEAM Education". Her main research interests are STEM/STEAM education, interdisciplinary educational approaches, design education, teacher education, pre-school science education and environmental education.
