Dr. Hanifi Parlar, Associate Professor in Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Istanbul Commerce University, İstanbul, Turkey. He finished his doctoral education in the field of Educational Administration and Supervision in the year of 2012. He has worked experience in education , school improvement and school leadership. He has published in a wide array of peer-reviewed journals. His research interests include capacity building school effectiveness, leadership development, teacher professionalism, instructional strategies and innovation im education. He has been working in İstanbul Commerce University as an academician . He generally studies about school improvement, teacher development, leadership and organizational development.
