BABUR's primary goal is to provide readers with original research articles that make a clear contribution to current debates in theoretical linguistics and offer analyses or generalisations based on sound empirical studies. In addition, he devotes a special place to local, national and universal language and linguistics studies. Articles focusing on the historical development of languages and analysing archaic structures are also published in the journal. Secondly, BABUR accepts interdisciplinary studies from time to time, especially in educational sciences.
