Halil Coşkun ÇELİK graduated from Mathematics department in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences in 1994, received a M.S. degree in Applied Mathematics from Science and Technology Institute in 1997 and a Ph.D. degree in Biostatistics from Health Sciences Institute in 2004, all in Dicle University, Turkey. He is currently an assoc professor at Faculty of Education, Mathematics and Science Education Department, Mathematics Education Program at Siirt University, Turkey. He is working on different research areas in mathematics, mathematics educations. His research interests focus on visual mathematics literacy, mathematics literacy, activity based learning, the impact of technology on individuals; mathematics achievement, attitude and self-efficacy, mathematical modelling, mathematics and computer education; computer assisted instruction; content analysis, meta-analysis and cluster analysis.
