As of 2026, our journal has discontinued the acceptance of manuscripts in Turkish. Gümüşhane University Journal of Health Sciences accepts only manuscripts prepared in English. Authors who wish to submit a manuscript are required to prepare their work in accordance with academic English standards and complete the necessary language editing before uploading their manuscript to the system.
Gümüşhane University Journal of Health Sciences is a national and international peer-reviewed journal that has been published quarterly since 2012. The journal is indexed in TR Dizin, Türkiye Atıf Dizini, Index Copernicus, EBSCOhost, Sobiad, OJOP Directory Platform, idealonline, Google Scholar, and Crossref.

The Article Template and Copyright Transfer Form have been updated as of February 2026. The most recent versions are available under the “For Authors” section on the journal’s website.
Manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the journal’s writing guidelines, article template, and publication ethics principles, and must be uploaded to the system in line with the specified submission deadlines.
Due to the high volume of submissions, authors who currently have a manuscript under review or in the publication process are kindly requested not to submit a new manuscript during the same period. Such authors are advised to consider other journals available through the DergiPark system.
