Reyhanoglu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the Mustafa Kemal University, Hatay, south of Turkey where he has been a faculty member since 2007. Reyhanoglu completed his Ph.D. at the Faculty of Political Sciences, Ankara University, graduated from Mustafa Kemal University and his undergraduate studies at Inonu University. His research interests lie in the mean area of organizational behavior and organizational theory, which subject of entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, innovation, collaborations, organization culture, mobbing, organizational cynicism and women studies at organizations. In recent years, he has focused on psychological capital, burnout, ambidexterity and work-family conflict.
